【摘要】目的：探讨两种外治法在急性期痛风性关节炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：

对本院诊断、治疗的80例急性期痛风性关节炎患者的相关资料进行分析，根据患者不同治疗方法将其分为两组，对照组采用痛风清洗剂外洗关节患处，试验组采用热痹散外敷关节患处，比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率为95%，高于对照组的85%（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To study clinical therapeutic effect of the two types of external treatment in patients with acute gouty arthritis. Method： Based on the data and treatment of the diagnosis and treatment of 80 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis， the patients were divided into two groups. one is control group whose joint outside were washed by gout detergent， and the other group is test group whose joint outside were apply Heat dispersion.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result：The total efficiency of test group 95% was higher than that of control group 85%（P

痛风是临床上常见的疾病，这种疾病机制复杂，诱因也比较多，是一种和嘌呤代谢紊乱或者患者尿酸排泄减少而引起的高尿酸血症直接相关的疾病，从大的角度来说这种疾病属于代谢性风湿病范畴[1]。患者发病后临床上主要表现为：急性关节炎、痛风石、慢性痛风性关节炎等，严重患者甚至引起尿酸性尿路结石，影响患者生活质量。目前，医学界对于急性期痛风性关节炎缺乏理想的治疗方法，常规方法主要以外治法为主，但是不同的外治方法疗效不一，因此，临床上研究两种外治法治疗急性期痛风性关节炎疗效显得至关重要[2]。为了探讨两种外
