同学们，今天是4月23日“世界读书日”，你们知道为什么把这一天定为“世界读书日”吗？这是因为1616年4月23日，西班牙著名作家塞万提斯、英国著名作家莎士比亚和中国著名戏剧家汤显祖辞世。1995年，联合国教科文组织正式确定每年的4月23日为“世界读书日”，以鼓励更多的人阅读和写作，以及纪念那些为促进人类社会和文化进步做出极大贡献的人。青岛五中一直打造“致知明德”书香校园，坚持实施《青岛五中学生三年读书规划》，为同学们可持续发展打下坚实的基础。在世界读书日这一天，“亲子阅读月”活动就要启动了。
