摘要

目前平安银行各大分行都建立了具有自身管理特色的绩效考核机制,更是在激发员工动力和促进业务成长等方面均发挥了积极有效的作用。但同时也暴露出激励扭曲、恶性竞争、行为短期等诸多弊端。深入研究平安银行绩效考核机制,对于促进其改善经营管理、提升竞争实力,促进持续健康发展,具有重大的现实意义。本文从商业银行绩效管理体系的角度,以平安银行上海分行机制为切入点,通过问卷调查、实地调研等方法,分析平安银行上海分行绩效考核办法的手段,在充分肯定其作用的基础上揭示存在问题。同时,通过借鉴其他银行绩效管理理论和国外管理方法,有针对性地提出平安银行上海分行将目前的绩效考核机制提升为绩效管理体系的建议,从而促进其可持续健康发展。
