We should read poetry from every age as much as we can.

安徽大学博士研究生导师工作条例 (征求意见稿) 第一章总则 第一条为确保博士研究生（以下简称博士生）的培养质量，进一步规范博士研究生指导教师（以下简称博士生导师）的管理工作，根据国务院学位委员会[1999]9号和省学位委员会[1998]12号文件精神，结合我校的实际情况，特制定本工作条例。 第二章岗位职责 第二条根据校研究生招生办公室的统一安排，承担博士生入学考试专业试卷的命题和面试等工作。 第三条博士生入学后，向博士生详细介绍专业方向，根据本学科培养方案结合博士生具体情况，制定培养计划，指导博士生选课。 第四条为博士生讲授专业课程或开设反映当前本学科发展前沿的专题讲座。 第五条指导博士生做好学位论文选题，制定研究方案。不仅要提供一定的研究经费，而且要在论文的研究和撰写过程中给予具体指导，在学术上把关并作出学术评价。 第六条对博士生的业务和思想要全面关心，严格要求，特别注重对学生科学道德和协作精神的培养。 第七条对优秀博士论文和研究成果给予积极评价和推荐；对于不宜继续培养的博士生，应向主管部门提出终止培养的书面建议。 第三章选聘条件
第八条热爱研究生教育事业，熟悉国家有关研究生教育的政策法规，身体健康，能认真履行导师职责，教书育人，为人师表；具有高尚的科学道德，严谨的治学态度。 第九条博士生导师应具备教授（研究员或相当职称）任职资格，年龄应不超过60岁，一般应具有博士学位。 第十条有培养硕士生的经验，至少已独立完整培养过一届硕士生或在国内外协助指导过博士生的学位论文，培养的硕士生质量较高；有博士研究生课程教学经历，正在承担一定工作量的本科生和硕士生课程。 第十一条具有结构合理、相对稳定、能协助本人指导博士生的学术队伍。 第十二条应是本学科学术造诣较深的专家，其学术水平在国内本学科领域处于前列，在某些方面接近或达到国际先进水平。具体要求如下： 1．从事自然科学基础和应用基础研究的专家： （1）近5年在国内外本专业核心学术刊物上发表（第一作者或通讯作者）学术论文不少于10篇；或出版过2部以上高水平的学术专著（至少有一部为第一作者）；或在国内外本专业核心学术刊物上发表（第一作者或通讯作者）学术论文5篇以上，出版过1部高水平的学术专著（本人撰写部分为2/3以上）；或在国内外本专业核心学术刊物上发表（第一作者或通讯作者）学术论文5篇以上，获得过国家自然科学等省部级以上（含省级）奖励，其中获省部级三等奖须排名前两名，省部级二等奖须排名前三名，省部级一等奖须排名前四名，

This way, if you need to take further action, you have physical evidence of your actions. There’s also the issue of the person you’re dealing with. If you complaint in person, you have to talk to whoever is there. Chances are that he or she isn’t the person responsible for the defective product or the poor service. Often the people who take complaints are not the people in change, unless you’re dealing with a very small business. Yelling at them isn’t fair, and doesn’t do anything to get a refund or satisfaction for you. You need to reach the person in charge. The best way to do that is in writing. Writing a complaint has the advantages of organization, effectiveness, and fairness. That’s why I prefer to write rather than personally present my complaints.
