【摘要】目的：探究应用品管圈提高新生儿疾病筛查标本采集率的效果。方法：建立品

管圈并对活动的主体进行确定，通过对现状的分析判断真伪，寻找影响新生儿疾病筛查标本采集率的主要因素，拟定实际的探究流程，对新生儿疾病筛查目标进行重新确定、制作新生儿血样标准对照模板及对护理人员的工作进行规范，设置专业的血样筛查人员。比较分析品管圈活动前后时间新生儿疾病血样筛查的采集率。结果：应用品管圈活动后新生儿疾病血样筛查采集率明显高于未应用品管圈活动前，比较差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of quality control circle to improve the sample collection rate of newborn disease screening.Method：The quality control circle was established and the main body of the activity was made sure，through the analysis of the status quo to determine the authenticity and the main factors affecting neonatal screening specimen collection rate was searched，practical inquiry process was developed，the target of the newborn disease screening was defined，standard template of the blood sample of the newborn was made and work of the nursing staff was regulated，professional blood screening staff was seted，the collection rate of blood sample screening of neonatal diseases before and after quality control circle activities were compared and analyzed.Result：The rate of blood sample screening for neonatal diseases after application quality control circle was significantly higher than before application quality control circle，the difference was statistically significant（P

品管圈，是由同一科室人员自主进行品质管理而形成的小组。这些小组以自我启发和相互启发为原则，自由发表意见，并且熟练运用各种统计方法，维持或改善自身工作和行业现状[1-2]。新生儿疾病筛查工作作为《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》的重要项目，能够有效降低新生儿缺陷问题的发生[3]。由于受到某些客观因素的影响，致使新生儿疾病筛查血样采集合格

率持续下降，对此本院的医护人员自发组成品管圈活动小组，旨在改善血样采集工作现状，现报道如下。
