“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”战略背景下中国制造业发展研究

摘要：制造业是我国的立国之本，建设制造强国是提升我国综合国力、保障国家安全的

必然选择。德国“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”先后提出，一方面对我国制造业实现转型升级，促进智能制造、绿色制造和信息通信业有积极的促进作用，另一方面，制造业重新成为国际竞争的焦点，也对我国制造业的发展提出了新的挑战。本文介绍了德国“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”的背景、特征及意义，分析了当前我国制造业存在的主要问题，并结合九江石化的案例，对我国制造业中的智能化生产进行具体分析，最后提出相应对策建议。

Abstract： Manufacturing is the founding of our country， which is the only way to improve our country's comprehensive national strength， safeguarding national security. Germany"4.0 industrial strategy" and "made in China 2025" ， the implementation of this two strategy has brought China's manufacturing industry both opportunity andchallenges， on the one hand， it has a positive role in realizing the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry in China， promoting the intelligent manufacturing， information industry and the growth of producer services， on the other hand， it also puts forward new challenge on the development of manufacturing industry in China. This article first briefly introduced the background， characteristics and significance of German "4.0" and "made in China 2025"， and then illustrates the main problems existing in current manufacturing industry in our country， further use case specifically analysis the intelligent production of manufacturing industry in our country， finally put forward the path of "industrial 4.0" and "made in China 2025" under the background of the industry development of our country.

引言

2015年，我国发布了“中国制造2025”的战略规划，提出建设制造强国的战略目标，对我国制造业发展具有战略意义。而之前德国的“工业4.0”是德国为了提高本国制造业提出的以智能制造为主的重大战略，目的是实现德国传统制造技术和现代互联网技术的结合，提高产业机械设备制造的智能化水平，从而达到实现工业领域研发和创新及提升工业竞争力的目标。
