一、教学内容

Friends with English《开心学英语》第4册的Unit Seven I like eating.的Vocabulary and Target.

二、学生分析

本节课的教学对象是四年级的学生,学习英语的兴趣很浓厚。他们从一年级起开始英语学习,接受了一定的英语信息的输入,积累了一定的词汇量,具备一定的听说能力,到了四年级教师开始有意识地渗透读、写技能,让学生用口头描述个人爱好。

三、设计思路

<<新课程标准>>的要求,强调要激发学生对英语学习的兴趣,让学生主动有效地参与学习过程.该班学生从一年级开始学英语,有一定的词汇积累,为拓展教学内容,将学生指引向生活的舞台,我把教材解析成生活的点滴,促进真实交际,以体验式教学形式来引发学生的探究热情。引入学生所熟悉的卡通人物形象,让学生猜测他们的爱好,之后画插图并填写句子。这一活动把美术与英语学科联系起来,突出了课改精神中“学科整合”的新理念,真正做到了让学生“在学中玩,在玩中学”。

四、设计理念

确立学生在英语课堂中的主体地位,激发学生的多元智能在交际活动中体现和发展。引导学生主动参与动口、动手、动脑综合发展多方面能力的各种活动,培养学生语言交际能力和思维发展能力。

教学目标:

1. 知识目标:

(1)能听懂、会说、会读、会写词汇riding my scooter,playing cards, playing video games, watching TV, listening to music, making models, reading comic books, visiting my friends.

(2)能在一定情境中运用本课句型What do you like doing? I like...(动词-ing形式)Do you like…? Yes, I do./No, I don’t. 询问和描述个人爱好。

(3)能听懂并完成各种练习的活动。

2. 能力目标:

(1)培养学生的注意力、观察力,激发学生积极思维。

(2)通过小组活动,培养学生在日常生活中用英语的习惯,并在交流中培养学生的合作精神与创新意识。

(3)在任务中,引导学生积极运用所学英语进行表达与交流。

3. 情感目标:

(1)让学生运用英语询问个人爱好,体验学习成功的快乐。

(2)让学生学会使用礼貌用语。

4. 教法、学法:谈话法、情景教学法、游戏法、合作学习法、活动教学法、合作学习法。

教学重点、难点:

1. “like+动词-ing形式”的用法;

2. 句型What do you like doing? I like... (动词-ing形式)在一定情境中的正确运用;

3. 创设语言情景,使学生运用所学知识询问和描述个人爱好。

4. 教学准备

(1)学生方面: 1. 查阅书本或其他资料,搜索英语中关于爱好的单词。 2. 预习Unit 7 的vocabulary 和target ,理解词汇与句型的意思。

(2)教师方面:一辆滑板车,教师录音(practice 1),课件(配套录音),歌曲视频.

教学过程:

Step Ⅰ Greeting &Warming up

1. Greetings.

T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today? What are you doing now?

2.Let's sing.

Sing an English song: Do you like baseball?

T: Hello, boys and girls. Look, what's this?

Ss: It's a baseball.

T: Do you remember the song Do you like baseball?

Ss: Yes.

T: Let's sing the song and do the actions, OK?

Ss: OK.

(师生边唱边做动作。)

【设计意图:“良好的开始是成功的一半。”师生随着音乐边唱边做动作,为课堂教学营造出一个轻松、欢快的课堂气氛,同时引出今天的话题。】

Step Ⅱ Presentation

1. Lead-in.

T: (PPT显示一个水果蓝)Look at my basket. I have some fruits here. Hello, S1, what do you like?

S1: I like...

(教师从句型What do you like? I like...(名词)的复习入手引入新句型的教学。)

T: Now, look. This is Happiness Club. You can play cards, play video games, watch TV, listen to music, make models and read comic books, riding my scooter, visiting my friends in it. It's very interesting. Do you want to go to the Happiness Club? (PPT显示: Happiness Club)

Ss: Yes.

T: But first you should learn how to talk about your hobbies. 【设计意图:在教授课部分创设“加入Happiness Club”的任务型教学活动,激发学生的兴趣,让学生在感受快乐的同时对本课所要学习的新词汇有整体的感知,为后续的教学活动作好铺垫。】

2.Teach the new phrases.

(用同样的方法教visiting my friends,并板书。教授单词和句型时都播放录音,让学生跟读。)

【设计意图:在新授过程中,教师通过图片、录像、动作以及chant 活动等不同的方式来进行教学呈现,令学生学得轻松、愉快。通过运用新

句型开展对话活动的方式教学单词,遵循了英语语言学习的“词不离句”的认知规律,这样学生学习起来比较容易。】

Step Ⅲ Practice

1. Phrase Game.

T: Boys and girls, let's play a game, OK? If I say a right phrase, you should repeat it. If I say a wrong one, you should keep silent. Do you understand?

(教师随机挑选新学词汇,如果教师说对了,学生就跟读;如果教师说错了,学生就不出声。这一游戏可以检查学生辨析单词的能力,将枯燥的词汇操练游戏化、兴趣化。)

2. Sentence Game.

T: Now let's play a game. I'll show you some pictures in the screen. The pictures will pass quickly. The whole class should ask “What do you like doing?” According to the picture, one student should give the answer by using the sentence “I like...”. Can you do that?

3.Pair work.

T: Do you know your partners' hobby? Now let's ask your partners about their hobbies, OK? First I want to do a model with one of you.

4. Exercise.

T: Today, we have learnt how to talk about the hobbies. Please pay attention to this pattern, when a verb follows the word “like”, we should add “-ing” after the verb.

Ss: Yes.
