Film review on Lord Shen

Lord Shen,one of character in Kungfu Panda2,plays a role of evildoer.Po, the dragon warrior,is planning to bring Lord Shen to justice.Generally speaking,people may think Lord Shen is symbol of bad person,cruelty,self-centre or tyrant who is crazy about power so that he endeavor to clear his barriers.If you just watch the movie for entertainment,this is true since the whole story does interpret such things.However,once you take the words of Lord Shen for a second thought.Some flesh ideas will occur to your mind.If you can deepen your thoughts,your opinion can vary from others. The film is an easy , simple and ordinary story, while some words from Lord Shen can shed some light to the person who discovers them,that is to say, not only can we learn what’s kind of person Lord shen,but also have a lesson on him.

According to the film,lord shen knew exactly his behaviors could bring darkness and destruction.But he continued to down to this dark path.He set out to change his fate,though he was banished from his parents and city forever.In my view, he is brave due to he dares to change his own fate.Not does every young man in such age have such awareness,espically in China ,the majority of Chinese kids do just as their parents ‘expectation . They do not figure out what they want even when they are adult.In a word ,they lose the capability of designing their future and gaining their achievements.Undoubtfully,lord shen is correct :Happiness must be taken and I will take mine.Not everyone is God’s favourite child,we can’t obtain happiness without pain.Once you determine to get yours ,you master opportunities first,which push you to take measures.When you fail,there will be no regrets.What’s more,lord shen believed that the dead existed in the past and he must turn to the future.From this ,lord shen is optimistic.We should not be sunk into the past since it is meaningness.The more we spend in the past,the more difficult we can’t adjust ourselves to the future.Therefore,we should free ourselves from the past and move on .Last but not least ,lord shen isn’t as a demon as we think because he relieved soothsayor at last.In some aspects,he isn’t so cruel.I strongly believe that there isn’t evil villain,they can turn to be nice in special situation.

In short ,even though lord shen was a failure at the end of the story,he was a successor in some fields,such as his energy of pursuing his dream,his optimism,his courage.There is no doubt that lord shen has got a good preparation .However , a good preparation can’t secure your success.Only when you get supports and help from people around you can you be a winner.No one can lives as isolated island.The path to success needs love ,friendship and support.
