2013年我院门诊药物咨询情况调查分析

[摘要] 目的调查分析2013年本院门诊药物的咨询情况。方法在本院门诊药房选取120例患者的咨询记录，对咨询的内容与咨询药物的种类等患者关注的方面进行调查分析。结果皮肤科药物在门诊药房中的咨询比例（34.17%）明显高于老年病常用药的咨询比例（3.33%），同时，在门诊药房咨询药物用法用量的比例（39.17%）明显高于咨询药物有效期所占的比例（2.50%）（P

Investigation and analysis of outpatient drug consultation in our hospital in 2013

[Abstract] Objective To survey and analyze the consultation of outpatient drug in our hospital in 2013. Methods Consultation records of 120 patients in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were selected,and those patients concerned about such as the content and drug variety of consultation etc were investigated and analyzed. Results The consultation proportion of drugs in department of dermatology (34.17%) was obviously higher than that of commonly used drugs in senile disease (3.33%) in the outpatient pharmacy,at the same time,the proportion of consultation of usage and dosage for drugs (39.17%) was higher than that of consultation of effective drug duration (2.50%)in the outpatient pharmacy (P＜0.05). Conclusion Setting up a drug advisory window in the hospital outpatient can make patients and medical personnel know more about the situation of drug use and drug use service quality be improved in order to satisfy the needs of the people.

近几年来，各个医院均对门诊药房的安排加大了力度，不仅是在药物的种类上，对门诊工作的医务人员也需经过一系列的岗位培训后上岗[1]。随着人们文化知识水平的日益提高，越

来越多的人关注医院药物的使用与销售，因此，每年去门诊药房咨询药物相关内容的人也越来越多[2]，医院因此而加大对门诊药房的管理程度，安排可靠的咨询服务，可以使患者对医院

的满意程度提高，也可使医院与患者之间的医疗纠纷减少[3]。本院为进一步开展对医院门诊

药房的管理工作以及分析门诊药物咨询情况，特选取120例来本院门诊药房咨询的患者进行记录，对其进行研究，现报告如下。
