[摘要]目的探究SuperPath切口微创人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的效果。方法选取2015年1月～2018年1月在我院诊断并治疗的60例股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例）。观察组患者行SuperPath切口微创人工全髋关节置换术，对照组患者行常规人工全髋关节置换术。比较两组患者的围术期情况（包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、住院时间及伤口引流量）、术后髋关节改善程度（Harris评分，Barthel指数）以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的手术时间明显长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），术后3个月，观察组患者的Harris评分及Barthel指数高于对照组及治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of SuperPath incision minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018，60 patients with femoral head necrosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.
