编写说明 为落实上海市关于进一步规范义务教育秩序的指示精神,优化幼小衔接的研究与实践,深入开展基于课程标准的教学和评价工作,上海市教育委员会教学研究室组织编制各学科一年级教学基本要求,突出“控制要求”“把握节奏”“培养习惯”“丰富形式”“优化环境”等指导思想。 《上海市小学英语学科一年级教学基本要求(征求意见稿)》以现行《英语》(牛津上海版)一年级第一、二学期教材单元的内容与要求为依据,加入第一学期“学习准备期”自组内容与要求,呈现小学一年级第一学期、第二学期英语学科的教学基本要求。 每个学期的教学基本要求包括“概述”、“学期教学目标”、“内容与要求”三部分。“概述”呈现整个学期的教学内容概要及其课时设置。“学期教学目标”以课程标准1-2年级年段目标为依据进行细化。学期“内容与要求”中的“单元目标”是在学期教学目标基础上,结合教材内容对教学目标的进一步具体化。各单元的“具体内容与要求”以《英语》(牛津上海版)一年级第一、二学期教材单元作为“学习内容”;从语言运用、学习策略、语言文化三个方面阐述“学习要求”,并提供课时分配建议。 “实施建议”部分从教学、评价和管理等视角提出落实教学基本要求的总体建议。 “教学设计举隅”部分提供了若干教学设计案例,以帮助教师更好地把握一年级英语学科的教学基本要求及其实践导向。 《上海市小学英语学科一年级教学基本要求(征求意见稿)》由祁承辉主编,戴佐欣、赵文颖、张颖莹、赵健、朱丽莉、朱峻共同参与编写。
