[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the relationship of adiponectin gene exon 2 T45G polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）.Methods Chinese-English document database was searched from 2010 to 2015，and the references of articles were also retrieved on adiponectin gene T45G associated with T2DM.The three indexes of dominant genetic model，recessive genetic model and additive genetic model were used for comprehensive evaluation summary.Results 6 Documents were included，Chinese 2 and English 4，wherein the observation group （T2DM） sumed to 1119 cases，in the control group （non-T2DM） sumed to 1043 cases.The dominant mode，the risk factor of T2DM between TT genotype and GG+TG genotype was equivalent [1.13 （0.94，

脂联素（adiponectin，APN）是一种可提升胰岛素敏感性及抗炎作用的物质[1]，研究[2]发现它参与了抵抗胰岛素发生和发展的全过程。脂联素的基因位于3q27，据相关文献[3]报道，此基因中的2号外显子第45个位点上存有T到G的变异范畴，其中，人体中存有TT、TG、GG三种基因，有研究[4]表明，它的基因突变可能与2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，

T2DM）有关。虽然关于T45G的研究较多，但也存在不足，如样本量较少，多为单中心研究等，结论有待进一步考究。因此我们通过Meta分析模式，将样本量叠加、增大样本含量和研究机构的方法进一步验证该结论的真实性，具体如下。
