氨含量X, (%)按式(1)计算 Xi = [(c*V*/(m*d)]*100 (1) 式中c——盐酸标准溶液的摩尔浓度; V——滴定用去盐酸标准溶液的体积,ml; ——氨的毫摩尔质量; m ---- 样品质量,g ; d——试样相对密度,相对密度=氨水密度/水密度。 四、其他事宜 1、取样和分析的原则:即取即分析.样品瓶及时盖好盖子; 2、取样时,需戴好橡胶手套和呼吸口罩; 3、取样后,关好取样口,将取样瓶拧紧,马上进行化验分析' 在通风橱中操作。本规程作为分析检测手册的补充规程,在分析手册修订时纳入。

氨水浓度测定方法 参考资料:中华人民共和国工业部部标准HG 1-88-81 分子式:NH4OH 分子量:35.045(按1979年国际原子量) 一、实验材料 硫酸(AR,分析纯):c(1/2H2SO4)=1 mol/L标准溶液; 氢氧化钠(AR,分析纯):c(NaOH)=1 mol/L标准溶液; 甲基红(AR,分析纯); 亚甲基蓝(AR,分析纯); 95%乙醇(AR,分析纯); 二、溶液配制 1、c(1/2H2SO4)=1 mol/L: (1)用25 mL量筒量取13.6 mL分析纯的浓硫酸,玻璃棒搅拌条件下缓慢倒入已装有250 mL蒸馏水的500 mL烧杯中,冷却至室温; (2)将烧杯内的稀硫酸溶液沿玻璃棒引流转入500 mL容量瓶中; (3)用蒸馏水洗涤玻璃棒和烧杯各3次,并将洗涤液转入500 mL容量瓶中,振荡摇匀; (4)向容量瓶中加蒸馏水至刻度线一下1-2cm处,改用胶头滴管加蒸馏水,使溶液凹液面恰好与刻度线相切;
