饮用天然苏打水对糖尿病人血液形态的影响

【摘要】目的仪器观察饮用世罕泉天然苏打水对糖尿病人血液形态的影响。方法 34例II型糖尿病人随机分为两组。观察组饮用世罕泉天然苏打水,对照组饮用普通水。采用超微智能检测仪检测饮水期间糖尿病人活血粘度、干血自由基量;观察血糖值的变化。结果血糖下降率观察组均优于对照组;活血粘稠下降率观察组显著优于对照组;干血自由基量的变化观察组稍优于对照组。结论饮用天然苏打水组的空腹和餐后血糖值的变化、活血的粘稠程度以及干血自由基量均优于饮用普通水。

Abstract Objective To observed the effect on diabetic blood morphology with drinking natural soda water. Methods34 cases of type II diabetic were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group drinking Shi Han Quan natural soda water, control group drinking ordinary water. The super intelligent tester for diabetic blood viscosity, water during dry blood free radicals; observation of blood glucose value changes.Results Blood glucose decreased rate of observation group was better than the control group; promoting blood circulation and viscous decreased rate of observation group was better than the control group; dried blood free radical changes in the amount of observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion Drinking natural soda water group of fasting and postprandial blood glucose value changes, blood sticky degree and dry blood free radicals are better than drinking ordinary water.

人体各器官的生理和病理变化,往往会引起血液成分的改变,通过化验血液可以诊断疾病。本观察采用超微智能检测系统采集手指末端进行细胞形态学等方法检查。在手指末端取一滴血液,通过高倍显微系统,对活血片、干血片的观察,可快速检测出人体潜在的某些疾病。本次选取糖尿病人为对象,饮用世罕泉天然苏打水,观察血液的活血、干血形态及血糖值的变化,探索疾病与饮水种类的关系。

1 资料与方法

1.1 实验对象:选取II型糖尿病人34例,饮水观察1—2个月。观察组20人,饮用世罕泉天然苏打水;对照组14人,饮用普通水,两组每日饮用相同水量。
