Step I: Lead in

T: Hello, eve ryone. Let’s enjoy the video.

Play the song of "I love my family" on the screen. Let the students watch them. After enjoying the video, ask them to answer some questions.

T: What is the song about?

S1: About family.

T: What can you remember about the song?

S2: mother, father, brother...

T: Do you enjoy it?

Then let the Ss look at some pictures about families.

Step II :Look and say

指示代词的用法:

This,these,that,those 成为指示代词,用来指示或标示人或事物,其中,this和that 为单数,these和those 为复数。另外,this和these用来指离自己较近的人或物,that 和those 用来指离自己较远的人或物。例如:

This is my bike, and that is her bike.

These are my books, and those are his books.

当指示代词所指的事物已确定时,后面的指示代词指人时用he , she ,they来代替,指物时用it和they 来代替,如:

on the left 在左边,on the right 在右边,是表示方位的介词短语,不仅可以用来描述人物之间的位置关系,还可用来描述事物之间的位置关系。

“ in front of” , 在……(范围之外的)前面,“in the front of”在……(范围之内的)前面,例如:

My teacher is in front of the classroom.(说明老师在教室的外面)

3A Unit4 My family教材分析 Unit 4 My family 一、教学内容 1、本单元教材以“My f amily”为主题,让学生学会向别人介绍自己的家人。 2、词汇:family, father, mother, brother, sister, grandpa, grandma, me。 3、句型:学会使用This is ...来介绍家庭成员。 4、日常交际用语:Good evening.。 5、字母:学习认读及书写字母Ll, Mm, Nn。 6、认识新人物Mike的姐姐(妹妹)Helen,弟弟Tim。 二、学情分析 1、本单元的词汇较多,但是教学难度不大。部分家庭成员的词汇father, mother等是比较常见的,sister在上一单元已经有所接触,因此可补充口语化称呼mum, dad以及grandfather, grandmother 两个单词。考虑到现在独生子女较多,学生分不清brother, sister和cousin的区别,建议增加cousin。 2、在介绍家庭成员时,建议拓展学生比较熟悉的句子I love my …以及用happy, big, small 等形容词描述自己的家庭。一方面为了让学生体验家庭的温馨之情,另外也是使学生的语言表达更丰富、更完整。 3、日常用语拓展Good night.,引导学生正确区分两者的用法。 三、单元目标
