Established in 1985,Huapeng Group Co., Ltd has been restructured into a large-scale private enterprise in 2002 through more than 20 years’ development and growth. Main cable tray products made by the company are: XQJ-DJ longspan cable tray, XQJ ordinary steel tray, LQJ Al-alloy tray, XQJ-Z whole rolling cable tray, XQJ-X High-strength energy bridge, XQJ -GSJ steel shaft, FQH (NDQJ) refractory tray, BHQ anticorrosive fiber-glass tray, marine tray and others in total dozens of species. 电缆桥架的选型与安装

一、电缆桥架的安装准备

XQJ、LQJ、FQJ系列电缆桥架适用于电压在10千伏以下电力电缆,以及控制电缆、照明配线等室内、室外架空电缆、电缆沟、隧道的敷设。

二、电缆桥架的安装准备

1.电缆桥架的工程设计

A、根据工艺流程及流程特点,以及电气室的布置、电气设备的分布,规划、制定电缆走向图(缆流图);

B、根据电缆走向图、电缆流量多少以及与工艺、设备、土建等各专业协商确定电缆构筑物和电缆桥架的类型,如构筑物可选用:电缆夹层、电缆隧道、电缆沟、电缆竖井等,电缆桥架可选用:梯级式、托盘式、槽式、组合式;

C、根据电缆构筑物、电气室的布置、电缆的流量、电缆的分类、建筑物的形式和结构,选择桥架的层数、尺寸;

D、根据工艺、土建专业提供的资料,确定支吊架的安装方式,并提出预埋件;

E、设计并绘出电缆桥架平面布置图。

2.电缆桥架的安装人员

电缆桥架的安装和维修保养应由专业安装人员进行。

1. Engineering design of the cable tray

A. Design and draft cable layout diagram (wiring diagram) according to character of technical flow, disposition of electric room ad distribution of electric equipment

B. In accordance with the wiring diagram, consumption rate, as well as the technology, equipment, construction and other professional consultations to determine the cable structure and the type of cable traycable tray. For example, select cable structure as: laminated cable, cable tunnel, cable channel, cable shaft, or select cable traytray as: ladder type, , tray-type, channel type, or combination type

C. According to cable structures, electrical layout of the room, consumption rate of cable, sort of cable, structure and fashion of building of the bridge ledge to choose the number of layers and dimension

D. Determine installation method and embedment according to the information provided by the process

and discipline

E. Design and draw out layout chart of cable tray.

2.Cable tray installation staff

Installation, maintenance and servicing of cable tray should be performed by professional personnels only.

3.电缆桥架安装人员应具备如下要求:

应能熟悉电缆桥架的结构、操作和安装;

应有较高的安全意识,并有齐全的安全防护(安全帽、工作服、安装用手套等)。

4.电缆桥架的安装、测量设备

A、吊装设备:脚手架、人字梯、手动葫芦;

B、现场制作设备;临时电源、冲击钻、切割机、电焊机等;

C、锁紧设备:螺丝刀,M6-16扳手;

D、测试设备:水平仪、卷尺、细线吊垂。

三、电缆桥架的安装步骤(所有安装步骤应在电缆未铺设前进行)

A、根据电缆桥架的最终设计走向,确认其走向上的障碍物及预留位置;

B、进行电缆桥架安装现场的支架制作及安装;

C、进行安装前的弯通、三通等的转向接头配制;

D、吊装电缆桥架及段间连接;

E、对前期安装进行矫正、调整、检查。

四、电缆桥架的安装规则

1.电缆桥架的装卸和储存

电缆桥架不得用裸钢丝绳起吊和绑扎,桥架不得任意堆放和在地面上拖拉,外壳上不得进行其他作业,应采用多点吊装及叉车平稳铲放且不得伤及桥架。电缆桥架应堆放于干燥、清洁、无腐蚀气体污染的仓库内,电缆桥架上下摞放之间应夹放隔垫,并妥善保管。

2.电缆桥架的安装走向

每批桥架发货时,都配备详细的发货数量、长度清单;

1.Cable tray handling and storage Cable tray shall not use bare wire rope to lift and band. The bridge shall not be arbitrarily stacked on the ground and dragging and the case shall not do other operations. It should use many points forklift hoisting a smooth release and shovel may not hurting bridge. Cable bridge ledge should be put in a dry, clean, non-corrosive gas pollution warehouse. The cable bridge should be piled up with folder pad and taken good care.

2.Installation louding of the cable tray Prepare all the details of the number of shipments and the length of the list when consign cable tray.

走向复杂的并特殊定制的桥架,配备走向图并附带详细的走向清单,定制配套桥架都具有相应的分线、分段编号,安装时需按号依次对号。

电缆桥架安装前的检测

检查电缆桥架外壳是否完整、变形,检查桥架外壳表面处理有无脱落、损伤。

电缆桥架的安装(相关图例见附图)

电缆桥架支架必须安装牢固。

电缆桥架水平敷设时应按荷载曲线选取最佳跨距进行支撑,跨距一般为1.5~3m(特制大跨距桥架可达6m以上);垂直敷设时其固定点间距不宜大于2 m。

电缆桥架及支架可采用膨胀螺栓或在预埋铁件上焊接的方法固定。

电缆桥架在穿过防火墙及防火楼板时,应采取防火隔离措施。

电缆桥架内的电缆应在首端、尾端、转弯及每隔50m处,设有注明电缆编号、型号、规格及起止点等标准牌。

电缆桥架表面处理如为喷塑、喷漆等绝缘处理,应在桥架两端加装≥10mm2的接地软导线,接地导线的连接应与桥架金属面直接接触。

A、电缆托盘、梯架的安装

(1) 电缆托盘、梯架水平敷设时的距地高度一般不宜低于2.5m;垂直敷设时不低于1.8 m,低于上述高度时应加金属盖板(护罩)保护,但敷设在电气专用房间(如配电室、电气竖井、电缆隧道、技术层)内除外;在户外有车道的地方不允许小于4.5 m。

(2) 电缆托盘、梯架在电缆沟、配电室内的敷设距离:

The laying of cables at the level of bridge load curve should be conducted to select the best span support for the general span of 1.5 ~ 3m (special the largest span can be more than 6 m); when perform the vertical

laying of the vertical, the distance between the fixed points is better not more than 2 m.

Cable tray and support can adopt expansion bolt or fix by welding pre-embed iron pieces.

please adopt fire prevention measures in isolation while laying cable tray across the firewall and fire floor.

It must mark cable number, model, specifications and beginning and ending points where the first end, the end, and turning every 50 m of cable tray.

If cable tray surface is treated such as spray, spray paint and so on insulation, it should add ≥ 10mm2 soft ground wires at both ends of the bridge. Grounding wire should connect directly with the metal surface of bridge ledge.

A Installation of cable tray and ladder

(1)In general the distance to earth should not be lower than the height 2.5m while laying the cable tray and level ladder; and vertical laying should not less than 1.8 m. It must add metal cover (guard) protection when the height lowers than the above .The laying of the electrical special room (for example, power distribution room, electric shaft, the cable tunnel, technical level) with the exception; outdoors does not allow a lane where is less than 4.5 m.

(2) The laying distance of cable tray and ladder in the cable ditch, and distribution room:

(3) 在强腐蚀或特别潮湿的场所所采用电缆托盘、梯架布线时应采用相应的制造材料或相应的表面处理防护措施。

(4) 室内电缆托盘、梯架布线不应采用具有黄麻或其他易燃材料保护层的电缆。电缆托盘、梯架多层敷设时,其上下层间距离一般为:控制电缆间应不小于0.2m,电力电缆间应不小于0.3m,弱电电缆与电力电缆间应不小于0.5 m ,如有屏蔽盖板可减少到0.3 m,桥架上部距棚顶或其他障碍物应不小于0.3 m。电缆桥架的层次排列应为弱电流控制电缆在最下层,接着一般控制电缆、低压动力电缆、高压动力电缆,这种排列有利于屏蔽干扰、电力电缆冷却、出线和施工方便。

(5) 电缆托盘、梯架经过伸缩沉降缝时,电缆桥架、梯架应断开或特制桥架伸缩节,断开桥架距离为100 m m左右。

(6) 电缆托盘、梯架上的电缆可无间距敷设,电缆在托盘、梯架内横断面的填充率:

电力电缆应不大于40%,控制电缆、弱电电缆应不大于50-70%。

(7) 下列不同电压不同用途的电缆不宜敷设在同一层桥架内:

■1KV以上和1KV以下的电缆

■向同一级负荷供电的双路电源电缆

■应急照明和其他照明的电缆

■强电和弱电电缆

(3) It should adopt relative material or surface treatment of the corresponding protective measures when using cable tray and ladder laying in strong corrosion or damp places.

(4) Indoor cable tray, ladder routing should not use jute or other flammable materials protective layer of the cable. When laying cable tray and ladder, the distance between the upper and lower is as general: control the distanie should be between cables not less than 0.2m, between the power cable should not be less than 0.3m, weak current between the cable and power cable should not be less than 0.5 m, where shielding cover can be reduced to 0.3 m, from the upper part of the bridge to top or other obstructions should be not less than 0.3 m. Weak current control cables should be arranged in thelevel of in the bottom, followed by the general control cables, low-voltage power cable, high-voltage power cable. This arrangement is conducive to interference shielding, cooling power cable and convenient construction.

(5) When cable tray and ladder through stretching settlement joint, the cable tray and ladder should be break or special expansion joints. Break distance is about 100 mm.

(6) Cable trays and cable on ladder shelves can be no space lay in the tray and fill rate of cable in tray and ladder cross-section:

Power cables should not be more than 40%, the control cables and weak cable should not be more than 50-70%.

(7) The following cables of different voltage for different purposes should not be laid at the cable tray on the same floor:

■ Cable above 1KV and below 1KV

■ Dual power cables load to the same level of electricity

■ Emergency lighting and other lighting cables

■ Strong and weak electric cable

如受条件限制,必须安装在同一桥架上时,应用金属隔板隔开。

(8) 电缆托盘、梯架与各种管道平行或交叉,其最小净距应符合如下规定:(9) 电缆托盘、梯架不宜敷设在腐蚀性气体管道和热力管道的上方及腐蚀液体管道的下方,否则应采取防腐隔热措施。

(10)电缆托盘根据使用地点的不同,应分有孔托盘(托盘式桥架)和无孔托盘(槽式桥架)。

B、金属(槽式)线槽的安装

(1) 线槽的安装一般适合于正常环境内明敷的工程,不宜在有严重腐蚀及易受机械损伤的场所采用。

(2) 几个回路的绝缘导线或输电电缆可敷于同一路线槽内。线槽内导线或输电电缆的总截面(包括外护层)不应超过线槽内截面的20%,载流导线的根数一般不宜超过30根。

(3) 控制、信号及弱电线路导线或电缆的总截面不应超过线槽内截面积的50%,导线或电缆根数不限。

(4) 强弱电线路宜分开敷设,在同一线槽内安装的,中间应添加金属屏蔽隔板。

(5) 金属线槽内敷设的导线或电缆不应有接头,接头应在专门的电缆分接箱内进行。

(6) 垂直、倾斜或倒装的线槽,应具有防止导线、电缆移动的支架或其他措施。

(7) 线槽的连接应避开楼板或墙壁进行。

Otherwise, insulation or anti-corrosion measures will be taken.(10) According to the cable tray different locations, there should be a porous tray (tray-bridge) and non-porous tray (trough-type cable tray).B Metal (channel type) trunking installation (1) Trunk installation generally located in a normal environment. It can’t be adopted in a serious corrosion and mechanical injury-prone place.(2) Insulation wire or transmission cable can put in the same trunk. The total cross-section of wire or transmission cable in trunk with wire or cable transmission, the total cross-section (including outer-layer) should not exceed the 20% of trunk inner cross-section. The number of current-carrying wires in general should not be more than 30.(3) The total cross-section of control, weak signal wires or cable lines should not exceed 50% of trunk inner cross section. Wires or cable number is not limited.(4) The strong and weak power lines should be separated. It should add metal shielding partition in the middle when installation in the same trunk (5) Cables or wires in trunk should be no joints. The joint should be done in a special box for cable distribution.(6) For the vertical, incline or inverse trunk, there should be support and other measures to prevent the movement of the wires and cables.(7) please connect trunk keep away from wall or floor.

011支 吊 架XQJ-ZDJ

支架是支撑电缆桥架和电缆的主要部件,它由立柱、立柱底座、托臂等组成。我厂生产的支架是根据日本、西德的同类产品设计而成;它具有结构简单、重量轻、成本低、强度大、造型美观等优点,可满足不同环境条件(工艺管道架上、楼板上、墙壁上、电缆沟内)安装成不同形式(悬吊式、直立式、侧壁式、单边、双边和多层等)的需要。

电缆桥架如需多层重载荷吊装时,要尽量采取双边敷设、避免偏载过大。

用户如需其它品种规格的支架、欢迎来图、来函或面洽订货。

Support

XQJ-ZDJ

The support, which is made of stand, stand base and bracket arm, is the main part to support the cables. The support produced in our factory is designed to the same kind of product in both Japan and Germany. It has such advantages as simple structure, Light weight, Low cost, big strength and wonderful model. It can meet different environmental conditions (such as, on the technological piping frame, on the floors, on the walls and cable ditches) to be installed in different forms (such as, hanging style, standing style, side style, single, double and multilateral styles).

When hoisted with multilateral heavy Load, the cables should be Laid bilaterally to avoid being over Loaded.
