There is on denying the fact that the universities are the places where we pursue for further education. However, the issue now sparks fierce debate that opposite voices can be heard by asserting that universities should impart them more skills to build their future career. From my perspective, although social skills are beneficial to college students, we should rank mastering the knowledge the first.

It is generally acknowledged that a lot of corporations nowadays, choose the green people equipped with craft on the premise. The manager maintains that people obtain skills are fitter than those only acquire theory knowledge. Besides, people are believed it is easier to adapt to the complex society and a position. Furthermore , a large number of companies may not able to develop novice in the fierce social competition.

With regard to the knowledge, no one can fail to realize its importance. We are compelled to accomplish the nine-year compulsory education. and obliged to strive for an eminent university, even not a college can live up to their parent’s standard. And the main purpose of entering a university is to acquire knowledge in a particular field and essential learning methods.. What’s more, in the contemporary society, a great number of students neglect to take advantage of classes and assignments to develop basic skills. They do not know how to cultivate the capacity. As we all know, scores can by no means stand for the ability of a person, but in reality, college students are still measured by their exam result to a large extent.

From my own part, college education offers us a precious opportunity to obtain knowledge and lays a solid foundation for our future work. Only by mastering knowledge in many aspects, can we put it into practice better.
