In the first department during my internship-the emergency department, I saw numerous injuries wounded by traffic accidents.I had accepted numerous the lightly injuries guided by the superiors doctor, and assisted the superior doctor who involved in some heavy injuries.The most unforgettable is a female who had be hurt abdominal in the traffic accident.

She was 40 years old, riding a bicycle and hit by a truck .when she was send to the hospital by ambulance, she had shouted"I am pain , help me. I am pain , help me".She was paleness, ecphysesis, emotion,lying the supine position,both hands holding the abdomen, legs slightly buckling.Her abdomen was slightly distended , soft,tenderness and no obvious rebound tenderness.Her frontal skin and crura had some abrasions.Her blood pressure was 65-90mmHg, and her heart rate is 100beats per minute.Preliminary check results : Visceral hemorrhage ; frontal skin and crura soft tissue contusion. So we gave double intravenous infusion , abdominal ultrasound examination, urgent general surgeons and anesthesiologists consultation to laparotomy on to stop the bleeding .On the back way from ultrasound department,While the doctor ready for operation after her

examining ,she has been quiet and already dead: stopped breath and heartbeat,hands lying on both sides of the body , head went to the side, the eyes with a gap, and the tears in canthus. This image was reflected in my mind, let me unforgettable.

Human life is very fragile,and We must cherish life .For doctors, we must be familiar with medical knowledge, early intervention, heal the wounded and rescue the dying.

急诊科是我实习期间最先实习的科室，在急诊科我见到了很多因为交通事故而受伤的伤员，在上级医生的指导下我接诊了很多伤情比较轻的伤员，在上级医生的主导下参与处置了伤情比较重的伤员，令我最难忘的是一个交通事故后腹部受伤的女性。

开腹手术止血。就在去做腹部超声检查回来的路上，急诊科、普外科、麻醉科医生准备手术室等伤员检查回来进行手术的时候，她已经安静了，她已经死了：停止了呼吸，没有了心跳，双手在身体两侧平放着，头偏向一侧，眼睛微微有条缝隙，眼角还有泪痕。这个形象深深地映在我的脑海里，让我终身难忘。

对不是医生的人来说，人的生命很脆弱，要倍加珍惜和保护；对医生来说，必须熟练掌握医学知识，及早干预，救死扶伤。

An unforgettable experience Breathing the fresh air,I was walking along the Pearl River,with the breeze blowing on my face gently. I closed to the River little by little,watching a number of children who were catching the fishes with fishing net made by hand,which made me lost in my mind. It was a sunny day that I heard a exciting voice from my home downstairs when I was doing my homework. “Come down to go fishing with us!”Xiaoqi shouted to me,carrying all the fishing equipments. So surprised I was that I went downstairs with my fishing net without hesitating.No sooner had I arrive at the ground where the river tide went to than I took off my shoes and socks as far as quickly I could.With the pupose of catching a large number of fishes,I insisted on catching the fishes with Xiaoqi.Several hours passed,Xiaoqi and his friends had caught a bucket of fishes,counting how many fishes they had canght.I,however,caught a little fishes,which really broke my heart. After a few muitue,I made a daring decision that I would never forget in my life.I slowly closed to the river,with one hand holding the guardrail,with the other hand catching fishes.Accidentally,so dark the water was that I couldn't distinguish where was the water and where was the land,which made me fall into the Pearl River.I opened my eyes as soon as I fell into the river,thinking that I was dying and I couldn't see my parents again.How should I do?Who can help me?Almostly I scared to death. Suddenly,I saw one hand waving towards me above the river,like the Angel’s hands.I seized her hand tightly for the reason that it was an opportunity for me to survive . The person who helped me was Xiaoqi. I was so appreciated with her for the reason that it was her that I had a second life .How lucky I am.I will never forget this special experience.
