Language 【归纳总结】时态-----一般过去时
●定义
1、我们用一般过去时来谈论过去发生的动作或存在的状态，谓语动词要用过去式。如：
My primary school teacher was very strict. 我的小学老师很严格。
He lived in Shanghai three years ago. 三年前他住在上海。
2、表示过去经常反复发生的动作。如:
My father often went to work by bus , but now he goes to work by car.
When I was a child , I often played the piano.
●基本句式
肯定句：They went to see a film last night.
否定句：They did not /didn’t go to see a film last night. ( did not /didn’t+动词原形)
疑问句：Did they go to see a film last night ? ( Did + 主语+动词原形…? )
肯定回答：Yes , they did.
否定回答：No, they didn’t.
●常用的时间状语
在一般过去时的句子中，常常带有明显的表示过去的时间状语，如：
yesterday, yesterday morning/evening; last week /year /month /night; two days/ three hours/ five years ago; in 1990, just now（刚才）, a moment ago（不久前）等。
●规则动词的过去式的构成规则：
▼一般情况下在动词原形后直接加-ed。如：look→looked;
课本P87课文以及本单元其它练习出现的规则动词回顾：
attend→attended, launch→launched, ask→asked, enjoy →enjoyed
shout →shouted, join→joined, want→wanted listen→listened
visit →visited open→opened end→ended disappear→disappeared
call→called
▼以不发音的e结尾的动词，直接加-d。如：hope→hoped，live→lived；
课本P87课文出现的规则动词回顾: use →used
▼以辅音字母+y结尾的动词变y为i，再加-ed。如：study→studied，carry→carried；
▼以一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节动词，双写词尾的辅音字母再加-ed。如：
chat→chatted，stop→stopped, drop→dropped
▼个别以字母l结尾的非重读闭音节单词，英式英语须双写l , 再加-ed.如dial→dialled travel→travelled
sit→sat, go→went, take→took等。

My favourite club
There are a lot of clubs in our school. They are very fun and exciting. Among them, my favourite club is the Singing Clubs. If you like singing, you can join it. In the clubs, Miss Black, a very friendly teacher, teaches us how to sing a song better. We practice a lot. Sometimes we have matches. We meet in the singing room at 4 o’clock every Friday afternoon.
I like the Singing Club best because I can enjoy myself and I can make more friends there, too. Come and join our club. It’s exciting.
