Jointly sponsored by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and the International xxtitute of Space Law (IISL), undertaken by China National Convention Center at Beijing, the sixty-fourth session of the International Astronautical Congress will be open.
