Supplier Name: input the name & location of the supplier.

Part(s) Name: input the part name based on the part contract. When the sheet applies to multiple parts, specify name of all the parts.

1. This sheet is to be used to estimate the capacity at the system level.

此表用来研究系统产能Description of each INPUT DATA field in this capacity estimation tool:下面是对如何填写此能力估计表的解释

Increased Contracted Capacity: input the increased CONTRACTED yearly and daily capacity.

增加的合同能力:输入增加的合同年产量和日产量

Production System: input each separate production line.

生产系统:输入生产线名称 Shifts per Week: input the number of working shifts per week for this supplier for this production line.

班/星期:输入生产线每周工作班次 Shifts per Day: input the number of working shifts per day for this supplier for this production line.

班/天:输入生产线每天工作班次 Minutes per shift: input the number of total minutes per shift for this supplier for this production line.

分钟/班:输入生产线每班的工作时间(分钟)

System Availability

系统作业安排 Scheduled Breaks, lunch, etc.: input in minutes the time spent PER DAY on account of breaks, lunches, meetings, any other scheduled breaks on this production line if production stops during these events.计划休息,午餐等时间:输入一个工作日中所有的计划性停线时间,包括休息时间、午餐时间、会议时间等其它计划性停线时间(分钟) Changeovers/Tool change: input in minutes the time spent PER DAY on account of tool changes, setups on this production line, if production stops during tool changes & setups .工装更换时间:如果在工装更换或作业准备时生产线停工,则输入一个工作日内所有的工装更换、作业准备时间(分钟)

Planned Maintenance: input in minutes the time spent PER DAY on account of planned/scheduled maintenance on this production line.

计划性保养时间:输入一个工作日内计划性保养时间(分钟) Unscheduled Downtime: input in minutes the time spent PER DAY on account of all UNSCHEDULED downtime (breakdowns) in this production line

非计划性停线:输入一个工作日内所有的非计划性保养时间(分钟) Time allocated for other customers: input the total time (in minutes) allocated for other customers on this production line.

分配给其它顾客的时间:以分钟为单位,输入生产线分配给其它顾客的时间 Line Cycle Time per part: input the cycle time PER PART in SECONDS.

生产节拍:以秒为单位,输入零件的生产节拍 % Scrap: input the scrap rate for this production line (enter as percentage, not fraction. Example: enter a 5% scrap rate as 5

not 0.05).

本工序报废率:输入零件的本工序(或本生产线的)报废百分比 NEW CONTRACTED parts/day: input NEWLY contracted parts PER DAY which includes service parts requirement.

Post Process Buffer: enter the minimum and maximum parts in the buffer after this production line. If there are no buffers, enter

0.

每道工序后在途零件数量:输入每道工序后在途零件数量的最大值和最小值。如果没有,则为0。

System Capacity

系统能力 % True Scrap: input the true scrap rate for this production line (enter as percentage, not fraction)

累积报废率:输入零件的累积报废百分比

+ The value of true scrap defaults to the % Scrap from the column to its left.

累积报废率一般为本工序报废率

+ %True Scrap for a process is the sum of its own scrap rate and the scrap rate of all subsequent processes.

累积报废率包括本工序和后道工序加工引起此零件报废而累积的报废率 System Constraint: Place an "X" mark in the column for the production line(s) with utilization above 90%.

系统瓶颈:当合同能力和系统生产能力的比值大于90%时,用“X”标明 Run @ Rate Actual Downtime: input the downtime in minutes during the run @ rate study.

实际停线时间:输入GP-9运行后实际停线时间(分钟)

GP-9运行结果 Run @ Rate Actual OK parts produced: input the number of OK parts produced during the run @ rate study.

实际合格产量:输入进行GP-9运行时合格产品数量 Available Capacity > Contracted Capacity: If the available capacity of the system is greater than the contracted capacity, input "YES", otherwise input "NO".

实际能力是否大于合同能力:如果实际能力大于合同能力,则输入“是”,否则输入“不” Run @ Rate Actual Scrap: input the number of parts scrapped during the run @ rate study.

实际累积报废零件数量:输入GP-9运行后实际累积报废零件数量
