1 Door fire hydrant system室内消火栓系统

1.1 General description and technical requirement 系统描述及技术要求

1.1.1 The indoor fire hydrant system flow rate is 15L/S, designed fire duration time is 2

hours, temporary high pressure water is supplied by fire pump house located in

basement, the fire hydrant pipeline is a loop line system, the main pipes are

located under the ceiling of basement.

本系统用水量15L/S,设计火灾延续时间2小时,由地下一层的消防泵房提供临时

高压用水,管道位于地下一层楼板下,连接成环状系统.

1.1.2 Inside and outside hot dip galvanized pipe are adapted for indoor fire hydrant

system, screw connection for pipes equal or less than 80mm, for the bigger pipe,

the connection is clamp coupling, the valves and spools are connected with

flange.

室内消火栓系统采用内外热镀锌钢管,DN≤80mm螺纹连接,DN≥100mm为沟槽

连接,阀门及需拆卸部位采用法兰连接

1.1.3 The fire hydrant box are used, fire pump start push button included in the box,

when fire alarm, fire booster pump can be started by push button and also can be

started in the control room, or started up directly in the fire pump room.

室内消火栓系统采用消火栓箱,每个消火栓箱内设置直接启动消火栓泵按钮,当发生

火灾时,可以由消火栓箱启动按钮启动,也可由值班人员在消防值班室遥控启动,或

则在消防泵房就地启动.

1.1.4 The surface of the fire hydrant box should be in the same flat surface with the

decorated wall.

消火栓箱的安装完成面要求与建筑精装修的完成面相平齐.

1.3 Construction Procedure施工程序

1.3.1 General Rules of Pipe Installation管道安装总原则

The sequence of pipe installation shall be firstly main pipes and then branch pipes

and tubing; firstly big pipes, and then small pipes; firstly major pipes and then minor

pipes. When construction positions are crossed, construction sequence shall be

firstly large diameter pipes and then small diameter pipes, or major system pipes

and then minor system pipes. It’s also required to take necessary measures during

site construction according to actual situations.

管道安装应遵循先主管、后分支配管,先大管、后小管,先重要管、后次要管。施工

位置交叉时,小口径管道让大管道,次要系统管道让主要管道。现场施工根据实际采

取措施。

1.3.2 Installation preparation → Main pipe installation → Box body and branch pipe

1.4 Construction Methods施工方法

1.4.1 Installation of indoor fire hydrant box室内消火栓箱安装

1) Pressure relief fire hydrant shall be installed according to design requirements

in order to ensure that the pressure before each fire hydrant isn’t more than

0.5MPa.

按设计要求设置减压型消火栓,以保证每个消火栓前压力不大于0.5MPa。

2) The outdoor fire hydrant and fire adapter must be installed strictly according to

the requirements of fire design and construction & acceptance codes.

室外消火栓和消防接合器的安装应保证符合消防设计和施工及验收规范的要

求。

3) The orifice of fire hydrant inside fire hydrant box shall be placed outwards. The

distance between center of hydrant orifice and the ground is 1.1m, and its

allowable deviation is 20mm; the distance between valve and box side is

140mm, and that between valve and internal surface after box is 100mm; its

allowable deviation is 5mm. The fire hydrant shall be installed straightly, firmly

and neatly; the fittings are also complete.

消火栓箱内的消火栓口应朝外,栓口中心距地1.1m,允许偏差20mm,阀门距

箱侧面为140mm,距箱后内表面100mm,允许偏差5mm,消火栓安装应平直牢

固,附件应齐全,安装应整齐。

1.4.2 Installation of Fire Pump消防水泵安装

The outlet pipe of fire pump shall be installed with check valve and pressure gauge as well as blow off valve for inspection and water finding; main outlet pipe of fire

pump unit shall also be installed with pressure gauge and pressure relief valve.

When pressure gauge is installed, set up buffer unit additionally; the control valve on suction pipe shall be installed after fixing fire pump on the foundation. The

diameter shall not be less than the diameter of suction mouth of fire pump; and the butterfly valve isn’t forbidden. The phenomenon of gasbag and air leakage doesn’t occur on horizontal pipe section of suction pipe. The inlet and outlet of pump shall also be added with flexible connecting pipes.

消防水泵的出水管上应安装止回阀和压力表,并安装检查和试水用的放水阀门;消防水泵组的总出水管上还应安装压力表和泄压阀,安装压力表时应加设缓冲装置;

吸水管上的控制阀应在消防水泵固定于基础上之后再进行安装,其直径不应小于消

防水泵吸水口直径,且不应采用蝶阀;吸水管水平管段上不应有气囊和漏气现象;

泵的进出口应加设柔性连接管。

1.4.3 Installation of gas pressure tank for fire-fighting消防气压罐安装

The fire and spray systems of this project shall be equipped with gas pressure

tanks on which safety valve, pressure gauge and drain pipe are installed according to the requirements of the Instructions for Produc t’s Use. The installation positions of gas pressure tank, inlet pipe and outlet pipe directions shall conform to design

requirements; when installed, the surroundings of tank shall be provided with

access passage with width of no less than 0.7m. The distance between the top of

gas pressure tank and floorslab or girder bottom shall not be less than 1.0m.

本工程消防、喷淋系统设气压罐。气压罐上的安全阀、压力表、泄水管的安装应符合产品使用说明书的要求;气压罐安装位置、进水管及出水管方向应符合设计要求;安装时四周应设检修通道,其宽度不应小于0.7m,气压罐顶部至楼板或梁底的距离不得小于1.0m。

1.4.4 Adapter of fire hydrant pump消防栓水泵接合器

The adapter of wall fire pump shall be installed at wall foot of building in which there are three joints and decoration tag featured by clearness, handsome and convenient operation.

墙壁消防水泵接合器安装在建筑物墙根处,墙上露出三个接口和装饰标牌,目标清晰、美观,使用方便。

The installation shall be in accordance with all parts and sizes of icon (note: blow-off

valve is horizontally extended to the place to be conveniently started). The fire

supply pipeline using fire pump adapter shall be separated from domestic water pipe in order to prevent the pollution of domestic water (if separated unconditionally, the

cutting-off shall also be ensured when using); the connections of all spare parts and underground pipelines shall be sealed to prevent the leakage. After the installation is complete, the pipelines are kept in horizontal direction and gate valve and blow-off

valve are started flexibly and conducted with hydraulic test; the overflow mouth of

blow-off valve and safety valve shall also be well connected with other waterways of sewer so as to draw off the remained water after using up.

安装时,按图标各部位和尺寸进行安装(放水阀水平延长至开启方便处),使用消防水

泵接合器的消防给水管路,应与生活用水管道分开,以防污染生活用水(如无条件分开,也应保证使用时断开);各零部件的连接及与地下管道的连接均需密封,以防渗漏。安装好后,应保证管道水平,闸阀、放水阀等开启应灵活,并进行水压试验;放水阀及安全阀溢水口要和下水道其它水道相通以便用完后放出余水。

1.4.5 Gradient of Fire-fighting Pipeline消防管道的坡度

The fire supply horizontal pipe shall be certainly gradient to discharge point. In view of very long pipeline and limited height of building, it can be horizontally installed but not beveled.

消防给水横管应有一定坡度坡向泄水处,鉴于管线较长建筑高度有限可水平安装,但不得倒斜。

1.4.6 Galvanized steel pipes镀锌钢管的安装

All the galvanized steel pipes with no more than DN80 must be connected with silk

screen. The fittings must also be galvanized fittings.

镀锌钢管的安装, 所有小于等于DN80的镀锌管,必须丝接,所用配件必须是镀锌配

件。

When connected with screw thread of pipe, regardless of manual and machining, it

shall be conducted strictly according to the standards. The main sizes of pipe screw thread shall conform to the requirements of pipe screw thread.

丝接管道螺纹时,无论手工及机械加工,应严格按标准进行,管螺纹的主要尺寸应符合管螺纹要求。

After pipe screw thread is processed, screw in two or three buckles with hands and then continue to screw down with wrench; finally, leave two or three buckles from

screw thread to connecting pieces. When pipe screw thread is installed, select and

use the proper wrench. When install the pipe diameter of small sizes with wrench of large sizes, the pipes will be possibly damaged due to overexert. In contrast, it fails to screw it down due to no enough force. It’s required that installation of fittings and valves are fastened and the direction and position of fittings will also be taken into

account. It isn’t allowed to ma ke alignment by means of inversion due to overexert

screwing.

管螺纹加工后,可用手拧入2—3扣,后用管钳继续上紧,最后螺纹留出距连接件2—3扣,在进行管螺纹安装时,选用管子钳要合适。用大规格的管钳上小规格的管径时,会因用力过大使管损坏。反之,因用力不够上不紧。上配件阀门不仅要求上紧,还需考虑配件的方向和位置,不允许因拧过头而采用倒扣的方法进行找正。

Various kinds of fillers shall be selected for connection of pipe screw thread

according to pumped medium of pipe. The common fillers are hemp lead oil and raw material belt which shall be correctly used when installed.

管螺纹连接要根据管道输送介质选择各种相应的填料,常用的填料为麻丝铅油、生料带,安装时要正确使用。

1.4.7 Pipe groove管道压槽

1) Pipe groove make statement管道压槽原理

Groove of galvanized pipe is made by special pipe groove machine,

The match roll are combined by press and roll wheel, the groove width and pipe

edge length will be got through assembly rolls units participation, the depth of

groove controlled by positioning ruler, slowly press, one grade after pipe rolled

on circle to ensure no impact to the pipe roundness and equal depth of groove.

3) Groove making: this connection type applied to hot dip galvanized pipe

NPS>100mm, the joint shall comply with the standard, the clamp work pressure shall match the piping work pressure, work step see following:

沟槽加工:沟槽连接方式适用于公称直径大于100mm的镀锌钢管连接,沟槽式接头应符合国家现行的有关产品标准,其工作压力应与管道工作压力相匹配。镀锌钢管沟槽加工步骤如下:

4) when make groove, let the pipe horizontal, and 90°with the motorized wheel,

smoothly and make the depth of groove meet the requirement below:

用压槽机压槽时,管道应保持水平,且与压槽机驱动轮挡板呈90°,压槽时应保持持续渐进,槽深应符合下表要求:

5) Clamp joint 沟槽式卡箍管件安装

Finished groove fitting are pleased to be used.

镀锌钢管沟槽连接优先采用成品沟槽式管件;

Machine made pipe end, and tolerance allowed: when pipe size bigger than 100mm, tolerance no bigger than 1mm, when pipe size bigger than 125mm,

tolerance no bigger than 1.5mm.

采用机械截管,截面应垂直轴心,允许偏差:管径不大于100mm时,偏差不大于1mm;管径大于125mm时,偏差不大于1.5mm。

Before installation, check the size and marks are match, check the pipe end, not crack, axial wrinkle and burr are allowed, also mud and contaminations are not allowed.

沟槽式卡箍管件安装前,检查卡箍的规格和胶圈的规格标识是否一致,检查被连接的管道端部,不允许有裂纹、轴向皱纹和毛刺,安装胶圈前,还应除去管端密封处的泥沙和污物。

6) mechanical tee installation机械三通安装

Drill on the pipe with drilling machine, gas torch are not allowed to open a hole, anti-corrosion treatment to be done for the damaged surface

镀锌钢管安装机械三通,需要在管道上开孔,开孔必须使用专用的开孔机,不允许使

用气割开孔,开孔后必须做好开孔断面的防锈处理。

7) Mechanical cross installation机械四通安装

In order to enhance the drill precision to ensure the installation quality, make the two hole symmetry when drilling, parallel and circumference line draw, rotate 180°to set another point, let that two point as location point, the tolerance of central line between two holes no bigger than 2mm, arc length through circle shall no

misalignment(s1-s2) than 6mm

为了提高开孔精度保证安装质量,开孔时必须保证上下两孔对称,在管道上划平行线确定一点,在这点上划圆周线,旋转180°后再确定一点,以这两点为定位点,分别加工所需要的孔,两孔中心轴间距错位小于2mm,圆周方向弧长误差S1-S2小于6mm。

8) Fitting installation管件安装

Fitting are finished tee, tee reducer, 90°elbow and 45°elbow, proper fitting match with pipe to as a whole system

沟槽式连接管件备有成品同径三通、异径三通、90°弯头、45°弯头、大小头等以适应管路系统连接的不同要求,成品管件必须与管箍配套使用;

9) Distance between hanger and supports
