Matters needing attention when cleaning concrete mixer:

1.Maintain the concrete mixer regularly as requirements, such as cleaning, lubrication, refueling, etc.

2.Check every controller whether they are in good condition as requirements before starting the concrete mixer. After using the concrete mixer, clean the concrete mixer by pouring water and stones into mixing drum for 10 minutes to 15 minutes and then pour them out. When operators must enter and clean the mixing drum, except for cutting down the power supply and demounting the fuse cutout, lock the switch box closely.

3.It is prohibited to knock the concrete remaining in the mixing drum to eliminate and operators only can use chisel to eliminate it.

4.In the cold season, after work, clean the mixing drum with water and release all water in the water pump, water tank and water pipe to prevent them from being frozen.
