公司高管制服补贴政策和程序

此政策作为高管福利的一部分，以稳定员工队伍。

1.适用人员

Applicable personnel

酒店F4级以上（含）管理人员。

Hotel F4 level (including) above management personnel.

2. 制服补贴标准

Uniform subsidies standards

每人每月发放制服补贴120元，享受该补贴的人员将不再享受酒店订做制服、工鞋、袜等相关待遇。

Provide a uniform subsidy per month is 120 yuan,Enjoy the subsidies of personnel will no longer enjoy hotel customized uniform, work shoes, socks, etc.

3. 发放方式

How to distribute

随同本人工资发放，非满勤人员根据其本人实际上班天数予以发放。

4. 着装要求

Dress Code

享受制服补贴的管理人员上班时间须严格遵守酒店着装标准。
