there are still flaws for it tho, like running out of battery ,keys not working and other flaws awaiting perfection.But please dont say the old dictionaries can train you by making you flip the pages that is just plain stupid.

personally i think, while having what a electric dictionary can give, you why use a old fashion one?electric dictionaries can download upgrades online to have the latest word definitions.Its an great all in one tool that many people needs.

严格的教学管理,不断提高网络教育的教学质量,根据教育部关于开展现代远程教育试点工作的有关规定,参照国家教育部颁发的《普通高等院校学生学籍管理规定》的有关精神,结合我院网络教育的实际,特制定本规定。 一、总则 第一条陕西师范大学网络教育学院(以下简称网络教育学院)学生的学籍由网络教育学院统一建档管理。陕西师范大学设立在各地的现代远程教育校外学习中心(以下简称校外学习中心),作为网络教育学院的教学支持服务机构,有权利和责任协助、配合网络教育学院做好包括学籍管理在内的各项教学组织、管理和服务工作。 第二条网络教育学院执行专门制定的、统一的教学计划,实行统一课程考核。第三条网络教育学院实行完全学分制和弹性学习期限。高中起点专科90学分,学习期限2—5年,专科起点本科85学分,学习期限为2--5年。高中起点本科160学分,学习期限为4--7年。 二、入学与注册 第四条凡被录取的新生,须持录取通知书及有关证件和材料,按规定的日期到网络教育学院或所属校外校外学习中心办理入学和注册手续,完成网上注册,填写学籍档案所规定的相关表格并交纳学费及教材费。 第五条因故不能按时报到入学者,须事先以书面形式向当地校外校外学习中心请假,请假一般不超过20天。各校外校外学习中心将请假情况汇总后报网络教育学院备案。未经请假或请假逾期超过两周
