First of all ,it is important that you have a good diet to make your memory more efficient. Healthy food is essential for your memory to work propely。Drinking a lot of water also helps maintain your memory。coffee is very good at preventing sleepiness and helping concentration，but they can also cause problems with memory。Second,an excellent way to help memory is to paly chess or abacus or do some crossword puzzles .This is referred to thinking Last but not least,taking notes and keeping a diary will also be useful tools。In order to concentrate well，you must be relaxed .

Generally speaking ,healthy plays an imporant part in inproving your memory。

Nowadays teachers play a more and more important role in the education. Good qualities are indispensable for an outstanding teacher .In my opinion, a good teacher should share the qualities as follows.

First , a good teacher should have a sense of responsibility .On the one hand , he should make great

efforts to encourage students to study hard by sharing his valuable experiences and knowledge. On the other hand , a good teacher should be considerate . For example , he should take good care of the students. Second, a good teacher should be patient to answer the students’question and help them dealing with difficulties . Last but not least , if someone wants to be an outstanding teacher , he should love students .

As far as I’m concerned , I would really appreciate a teacher who devotes his energy and time on students.

The success of a marriage is due to many factors, such as love ,indispensable,communication.

Among them love is obviously the most important one. Other factors, which are not entirely unrelated to love, include shared values and interests, mutual understanding, commitment, effective communication, similar educational background, equal economic status, physical fitness, etc. With the same values and moral standards, friends may develop into lifelong partners. After marriage, there needs to be a commitment to one another, and to the well-being and development of the family. Similar educational background and intelligence levels are also considered important by some people. They believe that only with mutual appreciation and understanding, can the couple get along easily and hap

I think it is. Many people believe that candidates' character is equally important for a successful career.For a example ,many employer aquair candidates Patient,carefulC ommunication and so on.Nowadays,many projects are so large that they require the coordination of a group of people rather than a single person's effort. Therefore,a good team player is often welcomed. Professionally skilled people may not be able to accomplish a large project if they are easily angered and cannot get along well with their partner.
