遥控变径稳定器的研制及应用

摘要:为了提高大位移钻井长稳斜井段和长水平井长水平井段的轨迹控制能力,扩大复合钻 进进尺比例,提高钻井时效和井身质量,研制了遥控变径稳定器。针对其结构特点,利用液体不 可压缩和物体受力平衡的原理,在井口对遥控变径稳定器的变径动作进行了测试,并利用井口测 试数据进行部分验证。测试中,该稳定器状态转换遵循控制活塞伸出与平齐的循环规律,活塞伸 出泵压大于活塞平齐泵压,相邻泵压绝对差值约1.0 MPa。最后,开展了 2 口井的入井试验,分 别验证了在大位移井稳斜丼段和长水平井段工具的工作可靠性和稳斜性能。现场试验结果表明:遥控变径稳定器伸缩控制可靠,配合弯螺杆钻具能实现复合钻进增斜、降斜和稳斜性能,大大减 少了滑动调整丼眼轨迹的进尺比例和起下钻次数,从而提高了机械钻速和钻井时效,同时也提高 了井眼质量。

Abstract :To improve the trajectory control ability of drilling long tangent section of extended reach well and long lateral section of horizontal well,and to increase the ratio of compound drilling footage so as to improve drilling efficiency and wellbore quality,a remote-control variable-diameter stabilizer was developed.According to its struc-tural characteristics,based on the liquid incompressibility and the principle of force balance,the diameter variation motion of the variable-diameter stabilizer was tested at the wellhead.The wellhead test data was used for partial ver-ification.During the test,the state transition of the stabilizer was in consistent with the regularity of cycle of protru-sion and contraction.The piston protrusion pump pressure was larger than the piston contraction pump pressure, with the absolute adjacent pump pressure difference of about L0 MPa.Running tests have been conducted in two wells to verify the reliability and stability of the tool in long tangent section of extended reach well and long lateral section of horizontal well respectively.The field test results showed that the remote control variable diameter stabiliz-er has reliable telescopic control,and with bend PDM,can drill buildup,drop-off and tangent sections using com-pound drilling,which greatly reduces the footage ratio for adjusting wellbore trajectory using slide drilling and mini-mize the number of trips,thus improves the ROP,drilling efficiency and the wellbore quality.
