大数据驱动预测下高校资产管理模式创新

摘要高校资产使用效率低，闲置浪费现象严重，服务水平低，为广大师生所诟病。当社会发展进入大数据时代，信息获取和信息处理和之前相比产生数量级的变化。从大数据驱动预测出发，浅析如何利用大数据实现高校后勤资产的智能管理，提高资产效益。

Abstract The low efficiency of the use of assets in Colleges and uni-

versities， the phenomenon of serious idle waste， low level of service is for the majority of teachers and students criticized. When the social

development into the era of big data， information access and infor-mation processing are compared with the previous generation of a

number of changes. This paper from the big data driven prediction， analysis of how to use big data to achieve the intelligent management

of college logistics assets.

1 引言

高校资产不仅是保障教育教学工作正常顺利进行的物质基础，也是高校后勤部门服务广大师生的物质条件，更是保障高等教育事业可持续发展的物质基础。然而近年来，由于管理水平不足，管理意识落后等原因，资产管理处于一种管理体制不完善、制度不健全的状态。在大数据时代，提高管理水平、健全体制，进行资产管理模式的创新，实现高校资产的智能管理，发挥所有资产的应有作用，提高资产效益。
