国际品牌高星级酒店决策管理运作□邹光勇

要近些年来我国高星级酒店经营绩效下降并随之出现了一些新难题本文试图从决策管理及其影响因素角度来研究
上述问题本文通过对上海国际高星级酒店中高层管理人员进行了访谈和问卷调研建立了决策管理运作效率影响因子模型来进行分析结果表明响决策水平最重要的因素是团队行为整合度而团队行为整合则受工作经验分享决策程序满意度同部门间协作度的影响本研究的主要贡献在于提出了整合对于决策效率和整体运作效率的影响强调了高管团队整合的重要性高星级酒店决策管理行为整合运作效率F272．3

article attempted to make clear these problems in a new research perspective by exploring management decision and its in-fluencing factors．In this article，the author built the factor model of decision-making managerial efficiency to explain the influence factors of the hotel management decision，which were validated by interviews and surveys on middle and senior managers in Shanghai international high-star hotels．The study indicated that the most significant factor of influencing deci-sion-making is team behavior integration．Experience sharing，decision-making process satisfaction and cross-agency collab-oration have a great influence on the team behavior integration．The main contribution of the study is to propose the integration on decision-making efficiency and overall operational efficiency，and thus to emphasize the importance of integration of the executive team．
