摘要：随着三维协同设计的推广应用和工程建设全生命周期软件平台建设工作的不断推进，在设计选材、三维设计建模、材料统计、物资采购、施工材料控制、运营检维修与备料等全过程中，标准化材料编码的应用尤显迫切。阐述了中国寰球工程有限公司北京分公司有关管道材料编码在工程设计中的标准化开发、应用及取得的成果，为三维协同设计、数字化交付提供了数据基础和理论依据。

Abstract：With the popularization and application of3D collaborative design and steady progress of the full lifecycle software platform construction，application of standardized material code is especially urgent in the whole process of material selection，3D modeling，material statistics，material procurement，material control，operation，maintenance and preparation.This paper elaborates the piping material code standardization development，application and achievement of Beijing Huanqiu Corporation in engineering design，which provide the basic data and theoretical basis for the3D collaborative design and digitizing delivery.

现代工程设计中，越来越多的公司采用SP3D、

PDMS、PDS等三维设计软件进行设计，PDS和

SP3D是Intergraph（鹰图）开发的，PDMS是

AVEVA公司开发的，它们都是用管道等级驱动编码

数据库进行三维建模设计。

管道材料编码数据库作为设计、采购、材控、施工

和运营检维修的数据基础，为三维设计提供可靠、系统

的管道等级数据库，保证设计的质量，同时管道材料编

码传递给采购管理软件对材料进行管理，在EPC总承

包项目全生命周期应用中发挥着重要的作用[1]。

1管道材料编码规则

SP3D、PDMS、PDS模型中所有管道元件都带

有唯一编码，它存在于模型、图纸、材料表等设计文

件中，如图1所示，贯穿于设计、采购、材控、施工、

运营检维修等各个阶段。每个编码都代表了这个元件

的具体属性，根据材料编码规则制定。管道材料编码

规则是编码体系的核心，规范了材料分类、属性定义、

长、短描述，是建立合理有效材料编码库的基础。材

料编码给所有元件都进行了分类和标识，为三维设计

和后期的采购和施工管理、运营检维修提供了便利，

减少了数据人工录入和校对的工作，提高了工作效率。
