B:Yes, elite education is that enrollment rate of the right age is less than 15%. It means only a few people could have the chance to be educated. What’s more, the purpose of the education is to cultivate the most excellent people in order to promote the social progress.

C:So, do you think that graduate education is a kind of elite education?

A：In terms of the rate of admission, they are similar. But as to criteria of assessment, graduate education which still has many problems is far away from the elite education.

B:I agree with you, the graduate student education should pay attention to the personalized training,suit the teaching to students’s abilities, but because of the effect of enrollment expansion these years, One tutor may direct excessive students. Thus the tutor couldn’t have enough time or energy to carry on the personalized design and training to every students.

C:In addition, Educational experts said that the cultivation of graduate education should be high quality of professional personnel, candidates should have a solid professional foundation and a good knowledge of the accumulation. However once candidates review the graduate examination syllabus carefully, being admitted is not very difficult. So some graduate students may be short time products, and it will be difficult for them to achieve the purpose of elite profession.

A:That’s right. The education reform of our country needs to be further improved. Instead of looking forward to the improvement of the education system, we might as well think about what we should do to enhance our comprehensive qualities required in the future?
