1，在LINUX系统中查看使用阵列卡型号：dmesg |grep RAID ，本例中阵列卡使用的是IBM SERVRAID M5015

2，在IBM网站下载ibm_sw_msm_11.08.03.03_linux_32-64包，上传到LINUX系统中
3，运行yum –y install compat-libstdc++ libstdc++ libXau libxcb libX11 libXext libXi libXtst安装MSM软件所需组件
4，MSM安装为INSTALL.CSH，需要安装CSH。运行yum –y install tcsh*
5，MSM安装需要SNMP，运行yum –y install lm_sensors net-snmp net-snmp-utils
上面可以全为一条命令yum –y install compat-libstdc++ libstdc++ libXau libxcb libX11 libXext libXi libXtst tcsh* lm_sensors net-snmp net-snmp-utils
6，打开安装程序所在文件夹，运行chmod 755 install.csh 和chmod 755 *.sh，授予CSH,SH运行权限。
7，运行./install.csh，选择Y，选择 5 ，进行安装，提示完成。
8，在VI /ETC/SYSCONFIG/IPTSBLES，中打开3071，5571，161端口

-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 3071 -j ACCEPT

9，在WIN 系统中安装ibm_sw_msm_11.08.03.04_windows_32-64，全部默认。
10，运行MegaRAID。。，在弹出的MSM管理界面中的IPADDRESS中输入IP：，点击Discover Host，连接成功会在Remote servers 下载出来服务器信息，如：SERVERNAME，IP，LINUX，OPTIMAL，点击蓝色字体IP，出现登录框，输入用户和密码，点击Login.
11，登录成功，进入管理。有三个子选项，Dashboard，Physical，Logical
12，创建RAID ，在LOGICAL项，右击SERVRAID M5015 create virtual drive
13，选择ADVANCED
NEXT
14，点击下拉菜单，选择RAID 0
15，选择要使用的硬盘，添加到DRIVE GROUPS中
16，硬盘添加完成，点击CREATE DRIVE GROUP，然后点击NEXT
17，选择CREATE VIRTUAL DRIVE ，出现电池BBU提示，选择YES。后面一些选项，有兴趣可以好好研究
18，点击
NEXT
19，出现确认信息，确认之后，点击FINISH
19，出现提示信息，创建成功
20，创建完成，有两组RAID，第一组RAID 5，第三组RAID 0
21，删除RAID，右击不要的RAID组，按提示进行删除

2018年健康教育干预策略 健康教育是公民素质教育的重要内容，是提高人口健康素质，疾病防治的重要环节，接受健康教育是维护和促进健康的最基本途径。完整的健康教育策略包含：政策干预、信息干预、人际干预、服务干预、环境干预。为了更好贯彻落实《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》的要求，进一步完善健康教育及开展健康教育，结合我院实际工作情况，主要开展健康教育工作干预措施： 一、政策干预：为了减少疾病的发生，公共场所禁止大声 喧哗，禁止吸烟的规定，设立警示牌，对居民广泛开展控烟教育，做到办公室、会议室有明显的禁烟标志，努力落实禁烟制度，广泛开展健康讲座、咨询活动、宣传栏等形式，让我镇居民了解健康教育的重要性。 二、信息干预：通过“爱卫月”、“科普宣传周”、“学习日” 进行卫生法规、健康知识宣传和普及，通过健康教育讲座、社区标语、咨询、义诊、发放明白纸、宣传册等措施宣传卫生知识、“慢病”的防治等知识，为人们提供有益于疾病的控制及减少对自身健康不利的因素，以促使我镇居民群众掌握自我保健即自我诊治的基本知识，掌握健康技能等，最终促使人们提前预防、远离疾病。 三、人际干预：通过好的社会现象，利用同社会示范、从 众等社会心理现象，对人的行为进行干预。
四、服务干预：在各村卫生室为人民提供就近的免费的健康咨询血压测量、为艾滋病高危人群提供安全套等服务，以老年人、高血压、糖尿病等慢性病人群为重点，广泛开展老年保健、老年病、慢性病防治与康复等多种形式的健康教育和健康促进活动，免费为老年人测量血压、血糖、血型等服务，为老年人、慢性病患者提供安全有效的服务。 五、环境干预：积极配合政府部门开展农村居民环境的改善，积极参与农村的改水、改厕、绿化，为健康教育顺利开展营造良好环境氛围。 健康教育是有计划、有组织、有系统、有评价的教育活动，促使群体或个体自觉采纳有利于健康的行为和生活方式，预防和控制疾病，增进健康，提高生活质量。健康教育是通过针对不同人群开展的健康教育活动与过程，开展健康教育的目的，是转变乡镇居民的健康观念，从“普及专科卫生知识”延伸到建立“健康行为”，鼓励乡镇居民为自己的健康负责，改变不良行为和生活习惯，在乡镇开展丰富多彩的健康教育和健康促进活动，普及自我保健知识，激发乡镇居民对卫生服务的需求，鼓励乡镇居民积极参与健康教育和健康促进活动。
