My students often tell me that they don't have,"enough time" to do all their schoolwork.

My reply is often a brief "You have as much time as the president."I tell them that "not enough time" is not an acceptable explanation of not getting something done.

Once in graduate school,I explained to one of my professors by saying that.I was working hard.His answer to me was,"That's irrelevant（无关的）.What's important is the quality of your work."

If you analyze（分析）the matter,you can identify two parts of the problem: There is,of course,the matter of "time",which we can think of as fixed.Then there is the problem of "work" during that time.But,as my professor suggested,the important thing is not how hard one works but the quality of the product.

Then,as a smart student,you will try to improve those skills that you use in study,chiefly reading and writing.If you learn to read better and write better,there are big benefits that pay off in all your studies.

2017高一下学期期中考试质量分析会讲话稿刘瑞华尊敬的各位领导、老师：下午好！今天我们在这里召开高一年级期中考试质量分析会其主要目的：一是对本次期中考试成绩的分析和比较，刚才阶川主任已经对成绩做了比较详细的剖析，希望我们的班级和老师，总结成绩与经验，查找问题与教训，明确目标与对策。二是对前段工作小结，对后段工作的一个展望与安排。下面我主要讲三个方面的问题。一、关于高一年级前段工作总结高一年级半期以来的工作，应该可以用两个词来总结：井然有序，扎实有效。 1.各部长管理工作得力、到位，班主任积极配合，本学期文理分班后严抓新班级的纪律和习惯养成，应该说无论是纪律还是习惯比上学期都有很大进步。; 2.备课组长对本学科的计划周到，训练有序，教学计划落实较好。备课组活动不搞形式，各项工作比以前更实，尤其是生物组多次得到毕校长的表扬，当然做的好的备课组还有很多比如化学组，历史组等等; 3.任课老师工作踏实、认真负责。各部实行由学生检查登记老师晨读到岗、晚自习坐班情况，从反馈结果来看，整体情况比较好。特别提出来吴青老师就是一个很好的代表，主要是工作积极主动，认真负责，肯钻研，肯花时间，教学效果也非常不错。任何一个与合作的班主任对他赞叹有加，听老师反应吴老师把自己班智学网的错题找出来，一个个帮学生过关，作业详批详改，值得我们学习。 4.年级学生管理工作稳定、有序。本学期特别是在各部的配合下各项管理都上了个台阶。年级几乎很少有重大的违纪情况，尤其是寝室管理，无论是就寝的纪律，卫生都有了很大的进步。从创文管卫的迎检，法制宣讲进校园还是五四活动中，都充分的展示了我们学生的素质，和我们班主任辛勤付出与能力。
