1.Party A employs Party B as Teacher in my company.

2. Party B must follow the job responsibility regulations as stated by Party A, making thorough preparations before classes. Party B must prepare teaching plan before

every class, Party A will arrange supervisor to have regular or irregular check the teaching plan as well as observe the whole class, having told Party B 1 minute before class begins.

乙方需遵守甲方各项职能条款，认真备课。乙方须为每节课准备教案及教学计划。甲方会定期或不定期检查外教上课准备情况。

No.3 Working time工作时间

1. Party A will arrange the time for start and end of work. The teaching hour will be 25 per week. Each class is not more than 50 minutes. Party B also has the responsibility to go for outdoor activities and classes arranged by Party A. Not more than 5 classes will be given each day.

乙方一周工作5天，2天休息日。一周上课时间为25小时。办公时间为5小时（其中包括学员口试、准备教案及和教学相关的事宜）。每节课不超过50分钟。乙方有义务参加甲方安排的户外活动及户外代课行为。

2. If Party B does not make the full teaching hours per week, the left teaching hours will be added in the future working days, including the cancelled classes, no showing class and no booking classes from students of the previous weeks. The classes are adults class and kids class.

若乙方一周没有完成其上课时间，则会在其后的工作日内补上相应的上课小时数，包括取消课程，学员未到课程，学员一周前取消的课程。课程为少儿课程和成人课程。

No.4 Salary and welfare.工资及福利

1. According to Party A current salary system, Party B’s salary will be RMB/month.

乙方每月基本工资为人民币元。

2. Party A pays salary at the 10th of every month. On the 15th of every month, Party

B will get the salary of last month.

甲方每月15号支付乙方上月工资。

3. In case Party B is late for work / class or leaves work / class early , he/she pays a fine of RMB. While missing one period of class will be fined RMB if Party B doesn't inform Party A at least 24 hours in advanced, late for class or leave the class early within 15 minutes is equal to miss the whole class. Party B must inform Party A in case of sickness lateness or emergency.

乙方每月可得到元全勤奖励，其中包括：不迟到、不早退、不请假。

若乙方出现迟到、早退、提前下课行为，则每次扣除元。若旷到整节课，则扣除元。若乙方迟到或提前下课15分钟以上且并未在24小时前通知甲方者，则按旷到一整节课情况处理。乙方若生病或遇紧急事情需请假者，则须提前通知甲方。

4.Party B enjoys RMB air ticket allowance if Party B works for Party A for a whole month, Which means no leave, sick leave, no lateness for class or leave the class early for the whole month. Party B will get the RMB allowance when this one year

contract expires .

乙方每工作一个整月，则每月可享受元飞机补助。

5.If Party B ask for holidays or during the legal festivals, Party B will get no salary.

乙方病假、事假以及法定节假日期间都无补助工资。

6.If Party B ask for sick holidays more than 30 days, it means Party B will dismiss the contract.

若乙方病假超过30天，则视为自动解除劳动合同关系。

No.5 Party B's Obligations乙方义务：

1. Party B should obey The People’s Republic of China Constitution

乙方须遵守《中华人民共和国法律》。

2. Party B should comply with Party A‘s << Staff Manual>> rules and regulation, obeying center’s confidential rule.

乙方须遵守甲方《员工守则》及规章制度，遵守培训中心指南。

3. In case Party B commits a serious crime, being condemned or put into jail, this contract will be discontinued automatically.

乙方若出现犯罪、入狱等行为，则该合同自行解除。

4. Party B must fulfill the job responsibilities as stated by Party A and guarantee the quality and quantity, Party B has the duty to participate in all the business and non-business activities and outdoor activities organized by Party A.

乙方有义务积极参加甲方安排各种商业及非商业活动及户外代课行为。

5. Party B should provide personal photograph to Party A to do some advertisements on websites connected with the school.

乙方须提供个人照片作为甲方安排相应广告宣传。

6. Party B should not spread the rumors or make speeches about politics, religions or use offensive words etc in public.

乙方不得传播宗教或和政治有关的演讲，以及宣传非法宗教信仰等活动。乙方不得在课堂上以任何行为宣扬非法宗教信仰及和政治有关的内容。

7. Party B must not use any forms of physical punishment or insult to the students or colleagues under any circumstances.

乙方不得使用任何形式的体罚对学生进行惩罚或对学生和同事进行言语上的侮辱和歧视。

8. Party B should not do part time job, lectures and personal tutoring outside training center. If this happens, Party A will deduct Party B’s salary since the month Party B started.

乙方不得在本中心以外的学校担任任何形式的兼职外教、家教，若发生此种行为，甲方则有权扣除乙方自此行为开始时的工资。

9. Party B should not give the contact information to the students such as QQ , MSN E-mail or telephone number, if cause any lost expenses of the school, Party B should take all the responsibilities.

乙方不得将此合同及私人电话号码以QQ、MSN或邮件等形式告知给学生，若给学校带来任何损失，则乙方承担全部责任。

10. Party B should not wear underpants or slippers or clothes which are indecent.

乙方不得穿着奇装异服、拖鞋等进入课堂。

11. Party B should keep company information confidential and must not reveal this to a third party.

乙方应该对此合同的内容保密，不得将合同内容告之第三方。

No. 6 Party A's Obligations 甲方职责

1.Party A shall introduce Party B to the school staff.

甲方将乙方介绍给学校所有员工。

2.Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evaluation of Party B's work, and shall inform Party B if there are complaints about Party B’s class teaching.

甲方须协助乙方教学活动，帮助其处理学员投诉。

3.Party A shall provide Party B necessary working conditions.

甲方提供乙方相应工作条件。

4.Party A shall provide co-workers.

甲方提供合作者。

5. Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by the month.

甲方每月按时支付乙方工资

No.7 The termination of contract.合同终止

1.If one of the following happens, Party A could dismiss this contract and get Party

B fired.

如遇以下情形，合同自动终止

a Party B disobey Party B's Obligations.

乙方违背甲方职责范围。

b Party B breaks the labor disciplines.

乙方破坏劳动纪律。

c Party A will take foreign teachers evaluation into consideration when Party

B is working in training center, if Party B continues on the last position for two months, Party A could dismiss this agreement based on the result of the evaluation test.

甲方将会将乙方在校表现评估考虑在内，如果乙方持续两个月内排名表现评估最后一

位，甲方将依据评估结果解除此合同。

2. After the probation, party A decides to terminate the contract when Party B hasn't broken his/her obligations, Party A should give Party B one months notice, or Party

A will pay RM

B to Party B for ending the contract without informing Party

B. If Party B wants to dismiss this agreement, Party B need to inform Party A notice

one months ahead in written form, and get the written form permit from Party A, then Party B could do the procedure to dismiss the contract. If not, Party B will pay RMB to Party A for ending the contract without permit, Party A will cut all the other allowances as well.

试用期之后，甲方如对乙方表现不满意，应给予乙方提前1个月的通知，否则甲方应给予乙

方元的未提前告知终止合同罚金。如果乙方需要解除合同，乙方需提前1个月

给予甲方书面通知并从甲方处得到许可，甲方也可通过同样程序进行合同终止。否则，乙方

给予甲方元人民币作为未提前告知终止合同罚金，在乙方未经允许就终止合同

的情况下，甲方将扣除其他所有补贴。

3.Party a will provide free with simple furniture, basic electrical equipment housing, party b shall properly use the landlord's furniture, electrical appliances, such as artificial damage, shall bear the liability for compensation. If party b

at the end of the entry for more than a year need to terminate the labor contract, need to undertake unpaid and housing property management fees, etc.

甲方将免费提供含简单家具，基本的电器设备的住房，乙方须正常使用房东的家具、电器等，

如出现人为损坏，须承担赔偿责任；乙方若在入职末超过一年需解除劳动合同，需自行承担

未付且已产生的住房物业管理费等。

No.8 Obligation for disobeying this contract违背本合同应承担的责任

Party B will bear the economic losses that Party B makes to Party A. Party A

will decide the exact compensation according to breaker’s responsibility and the economic losses.

乙方应承担乙方对甲方造成的经济损失，甲方依据违反者的责任决定实际的赔偿责任和

This contract exists in two copies, each one has the same power, both Party will
