Abstract: The college students are the future of the country , their healthy development has the direct relation to our country’s thriving and prosperous and the nation’s revitalization and development. Under the social environment of rapid development of science and technology, network game temptation, there is a big issue to guide the students treat right the network and network game. With the help of network game, we should make the best use of the situation , do the educational work of physical and mental job well. This paper analyses the variety reasons of students indulge in the network and the influences to the students’ physical and mental health, brings up the countermeasures from the family, school and society. Make the students not only have the strong psychology, but also have the strong physique and the good adaptability so that they will make due contribution for the social development.
