如何培养中学生英语学习兴趣

如何培养中学生英语学习兴趣

我国的孔子早在两千多年前就指出：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”爱因斯坦曾说：“兴趣是最好的老师。因此在教学过程中，要让学生轻松、愉悦、主动、有效地学习，关键是教学中如何激发学生的学习兴趣。我根据多年的教学实践总结如下：

一、建立良好的师生关系,激发学生的兴趣

“亲其师,信其道”建立关切和谐的师生关系是教师进行教育的基础。这是符合现代化教育规律的教育理论,要求教师对学生给予关心、尊重、理解和信任。要树立教书育人的观点,对学生要晓之以理,动之以情,导之以行,面向全体,一视同仁。“教子十过,不如赞子一功”,对成绩好的学生要加以肯定和表扬,鼓励他们更上一层楼,对成绩差的学生要特别注意保护他们的自尊心,发现他们的闪光点,提供更多助其成功的机会,让他们敢开口,多开口。并及时给予表扬和鼓励,让他们通过品味成功的喜悦,进而激起对更大成功的追求,他们学习英语的热情和兴趣才能持久,他们感到学习的乐趣才乐于勤奋学习。

二、利用竞争比赛，培养兴趣

根据学生的心理特点制造一种积极的氛围，对学生的行为会起到强化定向作用，如一面优胜小红花，一句“Excellent”等都会使学生感到愉悦和满足，在学会话时，我就告诉学生，在一段时间后，我们将采用竞赛的方式进行会话比赛，选出优胜小组进行奖励。这样就激励学生每一课的对话都应学好，方能取胜。在学字母时，又事先告诉学生，当字母学完后，将举行书写比赛。同学们在学写的过程中，非常认真，写时非常投入，以至于历次比赛中，我都比较发愁，简直不分高低，基本上个个做到书写规范、清楚认真，为今后的书写打下了良好的基础。在平时的作业中，我采用符号方式进行激励，但如果有些学生因某种原因没能在本子上被老师写上“good”允许学生回去再重写，这次可以不算数，到最后我们还有一个看谁的“good”多的比赛呢，这样谁都不甘落后。同时，组与组、班与班之间也有比赛，激发竞争意识，培养学习兴趣。

三、创设表现空间，拓展兴趣

愿意表现自己并希望得到认可，这是每个学生的心声。在日常的教学中，课堂上的双边和多边活动，能使不同程度的学生都能积极参与课堂教学，那些知识运用灵活、反应比较快、口头表达能力强的学生会觉得特别“露脸”。课文的改编表演、课外活动中的短剧小品，让那些学习成绩虽不出类拔萃、但具有表演才能的学生获得了“最佳演员”的桂冠。那些有绘画才能的学生在把课文改编成连环画的作业中大显身手，在帮助老师把课文变成投影片中，也淋漓尽致地表演了一番，在大大小小的各类竞赛中，那些表现出众者体验到了站到领奖台上的激动。而“再表现”的####，会激起他们的学习兴趣，会使他们在英语课上满怀兴趣，集中精力，课下又根据自己的爱好，翻阅英语课外书，拓宽自己的知识面。从而使学生各得其所，达到健康fazhan发展个性的目的。

四、因材施教，提高学习兴趣

后进生学好英语是件很费劲的事。学习英语需要持之以恒的毅力，而他们往往缺乏的就是这种锲而不舍的精神。如果只从大方面向他们讲学英语的种种好处，恐怕收效甚微。如果能把这些学生其他方面的兴趣迁移到学英语中来，则可事半功倍。例如：学生喜欢唱歌，就额外教一些简短、易学、优美的英文歌曲，如：“Twinkle,Kwinkle,Little star.”,“The Number Song”。每堂课开始时，唱一首英文歌曲，既能让他们在清新、优美的旋律中学习语言知识，又活跃了课堂气氛，增添了学习情趣。

五、.以做游戏的方式激发学生的兴趣

明代王守仁也主张“寓教于乐”，提倡教育应顺应儿童的性情，诱发儿童的兴趣。进入少年时代的初中生最喜欢游戏在游戏中他们能创造出一个属于自己的天地，使身心都能得到健康的发展。针对学生的这种心理特点，我把英语教学寓于游戏中。例如学习力又关人体部位的单词后，为了强化记忆，我采用同桌拍手指位的方式进行练习。即甲喊号令，乙回答。再如利用首尾相接的办法进行写单词。即甲写“pen”结尾的字母是“N”，乙就要以“N”为开头的字母“nice”，这样以此类推，不得重复，这种方法，能使学生同意动脑筋参与，气氛热烈，且调动了学生的积极性。

总之：就外语教学而言,兴趣是中学生学好外语的保证,学生学习的动力，是有效提高学习效率的一个重要手段；兴趣是学生学习动机中最现实，最活泼的心理成份，是学生学习最重要的源泉。因此，学习兴趣的培养是英语教学中不可缺少的一个环节，培养学生主动求知的兴趣，也是进行教学改革的重要环节，也是我们广大英语教师值得广泛探讨的一个重要课题。

2018年全国中学生英语能力竞赛通知

2018年全国中学生英语能力竞赛通知导读 2018年第26届全国中学生英语能力竞赛（NEPCS）正在报名，NEPCS是高校自主招生普遍认可的赛事之一，初赛由各中学统一组织及报名，意向报名的考生可直接向所在中学咨询报名相关事宜。参赛对象及人数普通中学初、高中各年级学生。报名时间提倡“重在参与”的奥林匹克精神，坚持“自愿参加”的原则，以学校为单位组织报名工作。各省报名截止时间不一，最晚到11月初，具体请直接咨询本校老师。竞赛时间安排竞赛分初赛、决赛和全国总决赛三个阶段。

初赛时间为2018年11月11日（星期日）上午9：00—11：00。笔试（含听力），满分150分，全国统一命题，统一时间由各校自行组织。决赛时间为2017年12月10日（周日）上午9∶00—11∶00。笔试（含听力），满分150分，全国统一命题，在全国各地同时进行。全国总决赛时间2019年7月(以正式通知为准) 命题范围本次竞赛的命题按课标要求，以2018—2019学年度上学期学过的内容为主，兼顾以前学过的内容，参考现行各种教材，但不局限于某一特定教材。初赛各年级竞赛试题命题范围以各版本教材2018年11月11日前所学全部内容为准，决赛命题范围以各版本教材2018年12月9日前所学全部内容为准。竞赛题型本次竞赛将借鉴国内外英语测试新题型及测试方法，在保持竞赛题型相对稳定和连续的基础上有较大创新，并探索使用非选择性客观题型和限制性主观题型，以促进考试与评价改革，并为各类英语考试试题改革进行先期探索和实验。题型以非选择题为主，约占60%以上。各年级赛题将进一步加强英语“双基”的考查力度，完善初赛、决赛听力测试，继续加大语篇层次上的语言运用能力的考查，还将设计一些考查智力赛题，以考查学生的逻辑、推理、判断和认知等能力，并增加赛题的区分度。
