氯雷他定治疗外耳道湿疹

【摘要】目的：探讨与分析氯雷他定应用于治疗外耳道湿疹患者的临床疗效以及可行性。方法：选择2013年6月～2014年6月来我院接受治疗患有外耳道湿疹患者90例作为本次研究对象，由于这些这些患者之间没有显著性差异，因此，具有可比性，将这些患者进行随机分组，即治疗组（48例）与对照组（42例），本研究对治疗组患者给与氯雷他定药物进行治疗，而对对照组患者给与扑尔敏药物进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床总有效率以及复发率情况。结果：通过对两组患者给与不同治疗方案进行治疗后，治疗组患者的临床总满意率为97.9%，而对照组患者的临床总满意率为85.7%，另外，治疗组患者的复发率为4.1%，而对照组患者的复发率为23.8%，由此可以看出，两组患者之间存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义，P

【Abstract】 Objectives： To investigate and analyze clinical efficacy and feasibility of the application of loratadine in the treatment of patients with external auditory canal eczema. Methods：90 cases of patients with external auditory canal eczema in our hospital， from June 2013 to June 2014， are chosen as the research object. Because there is no significant difference between these patients， therefore the results are comparable. These patients were randomized， i.e. treatment group （48 cases） and control group （42 cases）. For the treatment of the patients in the treatment group loratadine drugs were given， and for patients in the control group chlorpheniramine drugs were given for treatment. Clinical observation of total effective rate and recurrence rate in two groups of patients has been made. Results： Upon comparison between two groups of patients under different treatment programs， it could be noticed that the satisfactory rate of treatment group patients is
97.9%， while the clinical total satisfaction rate of the control group patients is 85.7%. In addition，the recurrence rate of the patients in the treatment group is 4.1%， while the recurrent rate of the control group is 23.8%. Thus it can be seen that there are significant differences between the two groups， with statistical significance， P < 0.05. Conclusions： the result of this study is that through loratadine drug therapy， the patients in the treatment group show a higher clinical total satisfactory rate than the control group patients. In addition， the recurrence rate of the treatment group is noticeably lower than that of the control group. Therefore， the application of loratadine drugs is worth further promoting in clinical activities， so as to benefit more patients with the external ear canal eczema.
