检验方面国外的权威杂志
昨晚刚刚发布，本人总结的，附带07年影响因子，有不全面的地方欢迎大家补充。
所有的杂志基本上都上升了。
clin chem终于爬上去了。
CRIT REV CL LAB SCI主要刊登综述。
J CLIN MICROBIOL是微生物检验俄NO1。
CLIN IMMUNOL，免疫学的一个分支，值得期待。
CLIN CHIM ACTA临床化学的NO2。
还列举了一些与检验搭边，关系稍微密切点的杂志（红色标记）。～～～～～～～～～～～～～～

我心目中检验医学专业的前五名：
1， Clinical Chemistry:
即临床化学杂志，月刊。

是由美国临床化学协会(American Association for Clinical Chemistry)的官方期刊，检验的NO1如果光讲影响因子，NO1应该是Critical reviews in clinical laboratory sciences，但是该杂志以刊登综述为主，而不是像临床化学杂志那样以刊登原创性论文为主。不知道为什么这两年影响
因子一直下跌，估计是增加了病例讨论这个栏目（这类文章一般没有人引用），2005年7.717，2006年影响因子5.454. 2007年只有4.803。我比较熟悉的杂志，基本上每期必看，但是很遗憾，没有投过稿，仅仅是我的dream而异。以国内为第一完成单位（不包括港澳台）的文章每年十篇左右，主要是一些大学的化学研究所，比如东南大学，吉林大学，华中科大。以医院检验科的名义发的较少，印象中第三军医大学西南医院检验科发过两篇。该杂志主要刊登一些新的实验室检测方法，新指标的筛查，以及关于一些指标的评价（当然都是大型的多中心的研究）。主要栏目有：血脂代谢异常与心血管系统疾病，蛋白质组学和蛋白质标记物，肿瘤的诊断，内分泌和代谢病的诊断以及分子病理生理学；大体化学（实验检验方法），仪器评价，分子诊断和遗传学，临床病例讨论，循证医学，肿瘤诊断等。目前特别热衷于分子诊断以及大型调查的文章。投稿难度十分大。
2， Clinica Chimica Acta
临床化学学报

2007年影响因子2.601，刊登范围和临床化学杂志差不多，但是影响力不如临床化学杂志。国人在上面发的文章还是比较多的，平均每期占20％左右，可能是因为编委中有好几个是有感在国内工作的。也主要刊登一些指标的评价，检验技术的评价和一些基础医学的研究。
3， Clinical Biochemistry
临床生物化学，月刊

加拿大临床化学家协会的官方期刊，2007年影响因子2.072。国内作者在上面发的文章较少，每期一篇左右吧。与前述两本期刊相比，该刊更侧重于对实验室指标的研究，当然也刊登一些检测方法类的文章。文章基本上都是×××（实验室指标）在×××（疾病名）中的变化，××××（实验室指标）对××××（疾病名）的诊断意义等。
4， Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine
临床化学与实验室医学杂志月刊
IFCC的官方期刊，这是它最大的招牌，2007年影响因子1.741，国内作者在上面发表文章也不是很多，每期一篇左右。除了刊登一些平常的检验方面的论文的特色外，该刊一些还刊登一些与实验室管理等检验成分较浓厚的文章，比如实验误差，参考范围的制定，实验室操作指南，检验溯源等。
5， Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine 月刊
病理和实验室医学档案杂志

2007年影响因子：1.806，美国病理学家协会的官方期刊，需要国外没有医学检验（或者叫检验医学这个专业），而是将病理和检验合并，统称为实验医学（laboratory medicine），其中的检验医学部分命名为临床化学（clinical chemistry），包涵了一般医院检验科的生化检验，临床检验，免疫检验和分子诊断；而病理的内容则统称为病理学（pathology）。每个领域都有医师和技师，技师注重标准化操作，把精力放在一个“准”字上，医师注重分析结果，解决临床问题。而不是像国内这样不分家。该杂志也常常刊登一些检验方面的文章，基本上是检验病理各占一般，在检验医学方面也有一定影响力。该杂志免费对全世界开放。国内作者在上面发的文章也较少，两期一篇左右吧。
需要指出的是：检验是一门介于基础和临床之间的学科，有时很难判断某杂志到底是不是检验方
面的杂志，比如大名鼎鼎的Journal of Biological Chemistry，Journal of Thrombosis and Ha emostasis等杂志，也刊登一些检验方面的文章。
此外，微生物诊断是检验的重要组成部分，微生物学的某些期刊如American Society for Micro biology的十二本期也是检验人员发表微生物论文的地方。

就总结这么多吧，需要指出的是，有很多杂志，你很难说他是不是检验方面的，因为检验本身就是介于临床和基础之间的科学。比如Clinical Immunology，也刊登一些基础免疫的内容，大名鼎鼎的JBC，也可能刊登一些检验方面的文章，International Journal of Laboratory Hematolo gy，算是比较纯的检验杂志了，也刊登一些病理学工作者，血液病医生的文章。因此，所以很难划清界限。以上英文内容是我从网站上拷贝下来的，并非原创（我水平还没有那么高）。以上杂志只是我列觉的与检验有关的部分杂志，不全面，欢迎补充。

【投稿英文期刊】中国人常犯的错误 【编者按】如今要取得博士学位必需要有SCI文章，许多人因此纷纷投稿英文期刊。许多人在投稿英文期刊时会遇到这样或那样的问题，生物通将就这个问题为大家提供系列的文章。首先介绍的是一位审阅过200余篇稿、以英语为母语的审稿人写的中国人常范的错误，相信这些错误具有一定代表性，希望能够帮助各位正在为paper奋斗的莘莘学子们。 如果你是以英语为母语，那么下面所讲的问题可能不会成为问题。但是，对于学中文出身的人有一个非常麻烦的语法问题，那就是冠词（article）。这之所以会成为一个问题也是非常容易理解的，因为中文里面根本没有与之相对应的部分，同理，外国人也对量词感到费解。学英语最初接触的就是"a, an, the"，但是，学到最后发现被难住的也是这三个简单的词。 单数前的"a, an, the"是最容易被忽略的。冠词意味着后面将出现一个名词，在冠词余名词之间的修饰词语都是针对这个名词的（如：a big blue bicycle/the first award），a和an是不定冠词，the是定冠词。下面将举几个错误的例子： Incorrect Figure 2 shows the distribution of relative velocity on surface of main and splitter blades. 外文期刊投稿时可能碰到的词语 希望对论文投稿者有所帮助。 1. Submitted to Journal 刚提交的状态 2. Manuscript received by Editorial Office 就是你的文章到了编辑手里了，证明投稿成功 3. With editor如果在投稿的时候没有要求选择编辑，就先到主编那，主编会分派给别的编辑。这当中就会有另两个状态： 3.1. Awaiting Editor Assignment指派责任编辑 Editor assigned 是把你的文章分给一个编辑处理了。 3.2. Editor Declined Invitation 如果编辑接手处理了就会邀请审稿人了。 4.随后也会有2种状态 4.1. Decision Letter Being Prepared 就是编辑没找审稿人就自己决定了，那根据一般经验，对学生来说估计会挂了 1）英文太差，编辑让修改。 2）内容太差，要拒了。除非大牛们直接被接收。 4.2. Reviewer(s) invited 找到审稿人了，就开始审稿
5. Under review 这应该是一个漫长的等待。当然前面各步骤也可能很慢的，要看编辑的处理情况。如果被邀请审稿人不想审，就会de cline，编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。 6. Required Reviews Completed 审稿人的意见已上传，审稿结束，等待编辑决定 7. Evaluating Recommendation 评估审稿人的意见，随后你将收到编辑给你的decision 8. Minor revision/Major revision这个时候可以稍微庆祝一下了，问题不大了，因为有修改就有可能。具体怎么改就不多说了，谦虚谨慎是不可少的。 9. Revision Submitted to Journal 又开始了一个循环。 10. 1、目标和结果不清晰。 It is noted that your manuscript needs careful editing by someone with expertise in technical English editing paying particular attention to English grammar, spelling, and sentence structure so that the goals and results of the study are clear to the reader. 2、未解释研究方法或解释不充分。 In general, there is a lack of explanation of replicates and statistical methods used in the study. Ed. 等，就是为了培养我们的英语能力和加深对优秀期刊的认知。刚开始非常不适应感觉太难了，但三四年下来就觉得真是收获不小，对写论文和投稿也有很大的帮助。 投稿外文期刊最大的收获，正如我们导师所言的就是可以看看我们自己的研究水平在国际上到底是个什么水准，国外相关领域的专家对我们的研究到底是怎么评价的，我们的研究还有哪些地方需要改进和突破的。 实际上，论文投稿应该是从确定课题动手做实验就开始了，包括实验方案的设计和实验的过程。因为如果没有很好的idea，所做的课题结果就算再好可能也只是重复别人的工作，缺乏创新性的文章很难投送到好的杂志上去；而没有扎实充分的实验数据支持，文章的结论是不会得到审稿人认可的。所以文章投稿的质量一开始就决定了，当然也不排除实验过程中发现的一些很好的意外的结果，但毕竟是少数。 而写文章最难的就是文章的开头关于研究背景知识的介绍和结尾关于实验结果的讨论总结及意义之所在。正是在写研究背景的时候，通过研读大量文献并分析归纳之，升华了对该领域的了解。而写结尾的时候，则要客观准确地分析本实验的数据之间的相互论证关系以及能否支持做出的结论。文章中间部分的'Result and Discussion' 和'Experimental Section' 相对比较好写一点，只要你的实验数据是正确的充分的。 投稿国外期刊还有个很重要的特点就是，期刊编辑会要求文章作者推荐出3个左右的审稿人。这个要求初看上去好像不太合理，让人觉得作者会否推荐对自己有利的甚至是包庇自己的人呢。但实际上是完全不用担心的，因为最终审稿人的确定还是编辑说了算，如果一看找的都是身边的中国人，那么编辑可能根本就
