1. System Summery

1) RIB Review

5. Inspection

Inspection will be scheduled for a point of time designated by customer and conducted at the production site. 5-1. Interim inspection

1) Main items to inspect : Inspection of materials by dimension according to the specifications and approved drawings made before assembly, specifications and sub-assembly of parts purchased in the market,

confirmation of their makers, consultations about improvements in production, selection of materials and the state of processing.

5-2. Inspection in attendance

1) In-house inspection of the assembled state of equipment will be conducted after the interim inspection and a joint inspection will be carried out based on the inspection results.

5-3. Trial run inspection

1) When the problems and required improvements found in the interim inspection are resolved and complete manufacturing condition is recognized, this inspection will be carried out in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings.

2) Appearance and construction.

4) Testing of some items tested by the manufacturer and the product.

6. Warranty

6-1. Warranty of the equipment

1) For 12 months from the final inspection and delivery date.

6-2. Warranty of the facilities

1) Breakdowns caused by the manufacturer’s design fault or production defect occurring within one year the trial run inspection will be repaired by the manufacturer.

2) A checklist on the operating manual will be submitted and adequate checkups for repair will be carried out.

6-3. Free services

1) In case any breakdown occurs during the warranty due to manufacture’s design fault, production defect or faulty installation, replacement of parts or repairing will be provided free of charge.

6-4. Charged services

1) Expendable supplies and a fall in performance caused by natural disasters.

2) Any drop in performance or breakdown caused by negligence of the ordering party.

3) Any drop in performance or breakdown caused by modification or alteration carried out by the ordering party.

7. Submit Documents

7-1. Inspection in attendance

7-2. Finish agreement

1) Manual, Finish request sheet, Accepted sheet

2) Operation Manual

3) Maintenance manual : 2 copies on ordinary paper and 1 copy on clean paper of the above documents will be submitted.
