have taken place , causing death and injury of many children and students, take
guangdong for example， the accident resulted in two childrens deaths and 15 children
were injured.

不知是醉酒驾车撞死人的事件真的越来越多，还是“后胡斌飙车案”语境下媒体对此类
案件报道增多，让人产生这类事故越来越多的感觉。新近，杭州又发生了一起酒后驾车撞死
人的悲剧。8月4日晚，魏某酒后驾驶保时捷越野车，撞死横穿马路的女子马芳芳。
跟同城的胡斌案一样，驾车者身份再次成为舆论关注焦点。媒体报道强调，今年29岁的
魏某是杭州某公司的市场部经理，车主系其父，也是该公司法人代表兼董事长——新闻这样
交代并没有问题，但我不喜欢某些媒体刻意在大标题中强调“杭州保时捷撞死人案司机父亲为董事长”。像在胡斌案中刻意强调胡斌的富二代身份一样，这是在迎合社会的某种情绪，渲染社会的断裂，并营造一种对抗的氛围，把一场酒后驾车引发的交通事故，描述成一场贫富对抗、强弱对立、社会断裂的标志事件。
这样的渲染是很可怕的。在胡斌案中就表现得淋漓尽致，回想一下当初某些媒体的标题：富二代阔少飙车撞死大学生——这多么让人血脉贲张，多么让人愤怒，多么强烈地刺激着公众本就脆弱而敏感的贫富神经，在斑马线上营造了一种多么可怕的贫富对抗、强弱对立场景。可实际上，伤亡者谭卓早已毕业工作多年，而胡斌才是杭州某大学的在读大学生。如果根据实际身份把这样的描述转换为“在读大学生开车撞死公司白领”，舆论肯定又是另外一种反应和情绪，可见这种身份标签的悖谬。
显然，一些媒体之所以那样描述，是迎合舆论中部分人对贫富差距的受害想象，在利用这种情绪进行炒作。“杭州保时捷撞死人案司机父亲为董事长”也是如此，看似在陈述一个事实，实际是在刻意强化那种“富二代没几个好东西”、“富人为富不仁欺压良民”的舆论偏见，传播“醉酒驾车者都是富人”、“强者肆无忌惮欺凌弱者”的仇恨印象。
醉酒驾车的多是富家子弟，这其实是媒体对身份的选择性强调营造出的一种幻觉。据有关部门统计，近年来我国每年死于车祸的人数高达10万左右，其中相当部分是“酒精”所致。中国每年由于酒后驾车而引发的交通事故多达数
万起，数以万计的家庭因为交通事故而支离破碎。另有数据统计，从1994年到xx年,全国因酒后驾车而导致的死亡人数平均每年以 7．3％的速度增长——不知有些媒体有没有深思过，每年数万起的酒后驾车案中有多少富人作的孽，多少是富二代飙车引致，多少是宝马闯的祸？
不说远的，就说近来各地发生的几起酒后或醉酒驾车撞死人的事故吧。成都那起醉酒驾车酿成4死1重伤的惊天血案，司机孙伟铭只是成都某技术公司一名普通员工，开的也不是名车。广州中山一路“5·15”造成3人死亡的特大车祸，醉酒驾车的司机梁某是一个普通人。嘉兴中院近来审理了一起案件，从安徽老家到嘉兴打工的高某，酒后驾车撞死了自己的妻子??在这样的案件中，媒体从来不会强调肇事者的身份，因为那样的身份没有“新闻性”。而一旦是个富人或富二代，身份就会在新闻标题中被强化，于是留下“富人名车草菅人命”的印象。毋庸讳言，公众情感因为这样对贫富身份的刻意渲染而进一步被撕裂，正像在胡斌案中所显现的那样：既干扰了司法独立，又撕裂了社会情感。
很明显，醉酒驾车并不是哪个阶层的原罪，不是专属哪个群体的罪恶标签，而是一种普遍性、平均分布的罪恶，人人都可能醉酒，人人都可能开车，人人醉酒开车都会危及交通安全。醉酒驾车只是一种醉酒者对法律的侵犯，对公共安全的危害，是醉酒驾车者与社会的矛盾，而不是富人与穷人的矛盾。公众的敌人是肆意践踏法律的醉酒驾车者，而不是富人，只不过有时碰巧是一个富二代而已。
确实，改革转型期的中国，贫富差距拉大是一个现实，贫富对立导致的许多问题也客观存在。但负责任的媒体应报道真相，以客观的舆论监督消弭这种断裂，理性地引导公众情绪，而不是利用这种情绪进行炒作，惟恐对富人的仇视情绪还不够，为这种情绪推波助澜火上浇油。评论者更要有一颗仁心，更要把尊重规则置于首位，独立、客观、理性地进行判断，而不是被怒气冲冲、情绪化的舆论所引导，迎合那种非理性的情绪。贫富差距的问题需要我们共同去解决，而不是人为地渲染。
最后回到保时捷撞死人事件上来，需要舆论聚焦的是如何以严刑峻法遏制频发的酒后驾车，严惩那些践踏规则者，而不是在撞人者身份上炒作和起哄。这是公众与醉驾者的对立，而不是穷人与富人的对立。渲染那种与事件无关的情绪，只会转移对真问题的关注。
假如火车丢钥匙事件发生在乌鲁木齐盛大林 3日，载有526名乘客的d175次列车准备
从天津站出发时，司乘人员发现钥匙丢失了。这列动车是刚从沈阳开到天津的，需要调头再
开回沈阳，但在交接班后司机发现钥匙不见了。列车通过广播动员车上乘客帮忙寻找，司乘
人员也拿着手电筒逐个车厢搜寻，但都一无所获。在满车寻找钥匙无果的情况下，只好通过
京津城际从北京调来了备用钥匙，列车在晚点了2个小时后才重新启动。（据8月4日《今晚报》）刚刚交接完毕，钥匙不翼而飞，竟然让数百名乘客帮忙，最终不得不从北京送来
备用钥匙。想想当时那全员行动、地毯式搜寻钥匙的场面，真让人哭笑不得。庆幸的是，天
津与北京迟尺之遥，钥匙很快就送过来了——这不禁让人联想：要是“火车丢钥匙”发生在
距京数千里之外的乌鲁木齐，如何是好呢？这是铁路上近一个多月时间发生的至少第四起事
故了。7月29日，一列火车在焦柳线上脱轨，造成5死50伤；7月27日，一列火车在兰新
线乌鞘岭隧道内起火，1700多名乘员徒步摸黑逃生；6月29日，两列火车在湖南郴州站相撞，
造成3死63伤。如果把去年4月发生在胶济铁路上的列车相接事件，铁路上的安全事故更加
触目惊心。也许有人认为，不能把“火车丢钥匙”与上述几起事故相提并论，因为那几起都
导致了人员死伤等非常严重的后果，而丢钥匙只是让火车晚点了两个小时而已。单从后果来
看，情况确实如此；但就起因而论，却是祸出一源。胶济线的相撞主要是超速引起的，郴州
站的相撞是“人为疏忽”引起的，焦柳线“山体滑坡掩埋铁路”导致脱轨的深层原因还是相
关的应急机制不健全，而兰新线起火事件至今无调查结果本身就能反应出一些问题??说到底，
这些事故的发生都与“管理混乱”存在一定的关系——而交接中丢钥匙不也是“管理混乱”
的表现吗？每一次事故发生后，铁道部门都表示，要查摆原因、总结教训、避免类似事件再
次发生。然而，人们看到的事实是，安全事故不断没有减少，甚至有不断增多的趋势；与此
同时，以前因重大事故而被免职的干部纷纷易地“复出”甚至得到提拨。具有讽刺意味的是，
就
在因再次超速而被免职的原济南铁路局局长耿志修出任铁道部安全总监之后，铁路上的
事故发生得更频繁了，真不知道他这个“安全总监”是怎么做的，更不知道铁道部为什么让

being an english teacher.
then 1 august 2003, i got the chance to study the new course of english. until
then could i realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it
was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. how to
stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in english?
i had a deep thought.
it’s smile. there is a kindness called smile. it is the most beautiful language
in the world. it can make distance no distance. “just awake the students with a smiling
face!”i said to myself.
the next day, when i stood on the stage with a smiling face, when i asked the
questions with a smile, when i encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students
were just shocked! but i could find there was more happiness and excitement in their
eyes! gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. as i predicted, that class
became a lovely one. i was moved, and said“thank you for listening, boys and girls!”
in the following days, i keep on working even harder. i prepare my lessons
carefully. i use flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great
efforts to help the students to learn more. but i will never forget one thing: smile,
give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident.
the children do enjoy the english lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great
excitement, i can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever! there is kindness called smile. from the children’s yearning eyes, i understand,
it is smile that makes my students and i get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness
