铁线蕨化学成分和药理作用研究进展

[摘要] 通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献，对铁线蕨化学成分和药理作用研究进行分析，总结铁线蕨化学成分和药理作用研究。铁线蕨含有萜类、苯丙素类、生物碱和黄酮等化学成分，药理研究表明，铁线蕨具有止咳镇痛、抗炎抑菌、降血糖、抗病毒和抗氧化等作用。通过文献综述，以期为铁线蕨的深入研究和开发利用提供一定的科学依据。

Phytochemical and phamacological research progress in Adiantum capillus-veneris L.

[Abstract] Chemical and pharmacological research progress of Adiantum capillus-veneris L. were analyzed and chemical and pharmacological research were summarized by referring references in domestic and abroad in recent decade. Terpenoids， phenylpropanoids， alkaloids and flavonoids in addition to other constituents were main chemical compounds in Adiantum capillus-veneris. Pharmacological studies showed that the anti-tussive， analgesic， anti-inflammatory，antibacterial， hpyerglycemic， antiviral and antioxidant activities in addition to other effects. Through the literature， we hope to provide certain scientific basis for further research and development on Adiantum capillus-veneris.

铁线蕨是铁线蕨科植物铁线蕨（Adiantum capillus-veneris Linn.）的全草，又名猪毛七、岩棕（草木便方）、猪综草（天宝本草）、铁线草等，分布于华东、中南、西南及河北、山西、陕西和甘肃等地，味苦、性凉，具有清热解毒、利水通淋功效，主治感冒发热、肺热咳嗽、湿热泄泻、痢疾、淋浊、带下、乳痈、瘰疬、疔毒、烫伤、毒蛇咬伤[1]。
