摘要:为了研究控制深井软岩巷道大变形的有效支护方法,以淮南朱集煤矿轨道大巷为研究对象,分析了巷道变形破坏特征及其主要原因,并基于深部巷道支护原理,提出了考虑和不考虑帮底支护的

2套支护方案三利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对不同支护方式下巷道围岩的应力场二位移场和破损区进行对比分析三数值模拟结果表明,加强帮底支护,能降低应力增高区的应力值,减小围岩扰动区二应力增高区和破坏区的范围,有效控制顶板围岩下沉和底板围岩隆起,验证了巷道帮底锚注支护技术的有效性三现场监测数据表明,巷道帮底锚注支护技术实施后,取得了较好的支护效果三

Abstract :In order to study the effective support method for controlling the large deformation in deep soft rock roadway,taking the track roadway of Zhuji Coal Mine in Huainan as the researchobject,the characteristic of roadway deformation and failure and its main reason were analyzed,and based on the principle of deep roadway support,two sets of supporting schemes that considering or not considering the bottom support were put forward.By using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software and under different supporting modes,the stress field,displacement field and damaged zone of surrounding rock of roadway were compared and analyzed.The numerical simulation results show that strengthening the bottom support can reduce the stress value in the stress increasing area,reduce the range of disturbance zone of surrounding rock,stress increasing zone and failure zone,effectively control the subsidence of roof surrounding rock and uplift of floor surrounding rock,the effectiveness of bolt-grouting support technology is verified.Field monitoring data show that good supporting effect has been achieved after the implementation of the technology.Keywords :deep well;soft rock roadway;highground stress;classification of surrounding rock;support scheme;bolt -grouting support of sidewalls and floor 随着浅部煤炭资源的枯竭,我国煤炭开采逐渐
