讨论稿(记录各位成员的发言) 彭育群: 学情分析:七年级学生大部分的成绩还是不错的,对英语学习的兴趣是很高的,但也有部分学生学习英语的态度不太坚定,有想放弃的,原因可能是他们没有找到好的学习方法,在学习过程中遇到困难了,想知难而退,因此我们想通过这节课的学习能够让他们树立学好英语的信心。 向玉平: 教材分析:本节课是人教版《新目标》七年级下册第二单元section B 1a—2c的内容。本单元主要学习如何表达时间和培养学生科学合理的学习安排;同时承接以前学习的一般现在时态,是本学期的重要教学任务,在历年中考题中运用频率相当高。 向乃梅: Unit 2 what time do you go to school? 这一单元重点学习的是时间的表达方式,同时复习了一般现在时的基本用法,但要让学生的掌握基础知识的同时也要学会举一反三的本领。如一般现在时的第三人称单数作主语时,动词的变化形式也是本节的一重点。 潘霜红: 还需添加一些新的知识点,如组织学生转述他人的作息情况,如what time does he get up in the morning? B: He gets up at half past five in the morning. 练习这样的对话时,就强调这个知识点。注意动词的形式,第三人称单数作主语时,动词形式是特殊的,多次让学生练习这个知识点。最后布置作业的同时再次强调,要注意动词的形式。 向辉: 本节应多次组织学生操练时间的表达方式,最好以小组对话的形式展开练习。才能完善的完成教学任务。 向鸿敏: 我认为本节课重点讲的是时间的表达方式,重点让学生熟习直读法,在此基础上还应让学生掌握用past ,to ,half 和quarter 的时间表达方式,如在上课期间,我会组织学生以小组对话的形式练习这种时间表达方式,如:A: what time do you get up in the morning? B: I usually get up at six o’clock in the morning. 或B: I usually get up at half past five in the morning. 还可以问这些内容:A: what time do you brush your teeth? B: I often brush my teeth at a quarter to seven in the morning. A: what time do you do your homework at school? B: I always do my homework at a quarter past five in the afternoon. 等对话内容。

2010-2011上七年级英语组集体备课总结 本学期在学期初就提出了教学工作的重点就是抓集体备课和课堂教学,在这种教学思想的指导下,我们七年级英语组的备课组成员在集体备课中下了很大的力度,现总结如下; 一、每个成员在备课前做好充分的准备,包括挖掘教材的重难 点;自己先选择有效的教学方法;提前准备好一个单元的练习题(练习题包含两个方面的内容:每课的练习卷和单元的练习题卷。每课的练习卷又包含预习作业、课堂练习和课后复习的内容) 二、在每星期集体备课的时候,每个人先阐述自己对于本单元 的理解和针对自己班级的学生的学习情况选择的教学方法;然后,备课组的成员共同来讨论单元的重点和难点,达到共识之后确立下来;接下来是大家共同来研究教材的整合问题,讨论本单元的几个大块的内容:单词教学、听力教学、课文教学、语法教学、对话教学和作文教学。如何整合这些内容要根据单元的内容来制定,如果认为本单元的语法内容比较重要,是其他教学内容的基础,那么就在单元的第一课时首先进行语法教学,比如说第十单元的一般过去时态的语法就是单元的重点内容,而且在第九单元就有所渗透,因此我们一致决定第十单元第一课时为语法教学,在语法教学中尽量列举本单元的对话和文章中的句子,这样也为以后的教学打下基础,让学生们提前熟悉本单元的重点句子;再比如说第二单元的听力内容和第四课的对话内容是非常接近的,都是关于暴风雨的内容,因此我们在集体备课的时候就把这两课的内容整合到了一起,这样就

缩短了课时,节省了时间,效果也更好些。因此,整合教材内容和调整教学的进度和内容是我们备课小组在集体备课是要解决的主要内容;另外,还有一个内容就是对于练习题的筛选和确定也是备课时的一个重要内容。在进行试题筛选之前,我们首先仔细地分析各个班级的具体情况,分析各个不同层次学生的学习需求,先决定基础题型的设计,然后最重要的就是选择一部分的选做题型,这主要是给个班级中的优秀学生和差生设计的,总之,试题的选择和设计都要从学生的需要出发。一切为了学生使我们从杜郎口回来之后的最大的感受。 三、我们备课组在集体备课中解决的另一个重点就是关于对于 学生学习方法的指导,这也是大家学习回来之后的一个最大的收获,要引导学生自己学习,是解决他们目前难题的一个重要的方法。那么,大家达成的一致的共识就是要通过小组合作的方法来解决教学中的难点。其中最重要的一点就是关于小组长的选拔和确立,如何培养小组长的组织能力,我们群策群力,本学期稍具规模,期待下学期有一定的突破。

英语教研组集体研讨记录 实时间:10月16日下午第8节课 地点:龙兴二中第一办公室 参加人员:初一英语老师 中心发言人:刘胜广 中心议题:月考后的启发 通过初中一个月的英语学习,学生的学习情况如何,对知识的掌握与运用怎么样,以及教学中学生难以理解的地方在哪里。月考之后,结合试卷分析,我们组的老师进行了认真的分析及讨论,并明确了下一步措施。 好的方面:基于各个老师扎的课堂教学及教学任务的及时检查,学生基础比较牢固,对于26个英文字母的掌握较好,为以后教学奠定良好基础。 存在问题: 一:由于第一次进行英语考试,好多学生审题不清,不能很好理解题目要求。同时,有的考试题型平时没有接触过,所以不敢下笔。 二:口头上的情景练习与在笔试中的运用不能很好联系起来,初一学生习惯于小学的学习习惯,对于课后的自主性学习能力较差。 三:同样是英语的入门学习,由于是平行班,同一个班差别较大。 下一步措施: 1:基于初一学生的特点,抓好课堂教学实效性,激发学生英语学习兴趣; 2:作业的及时检查督促; 3:培养学生课后的预习,复习习惯; 4:给成绩不太好的同学更多关注。 英语集体备课记录: 时间:9月2日下午第1节课 地点:龙兴二中多媒体教室 参加人员:全体英语教师 中心发言人:刘胜广 中心议题:如何进行集备课 英语集体备课通常可按照:集体分工→ 个人初备→ 集体研讨→ 修正教案→ 重点跟踪→ 课后交流的基本程序进行运作。 1.集体分工 教师在第一次集体备课时,一定要对本学期的课程进行整体规划,简要写出本学期的教学计划,并制定好单元教学计划。英语每学期都有固定的章节和主题,年级备课组长根据各位教师的长处和特点,进行必要的分工,每位教师担当不同章节的中心发言人,并且要利用课外时间寻找必要的资料。由于英语对课外知识的要求加大,教师需要给学生准备足够的词汇、阅读、知识背景及其听力材料等。如不分工,会造成教师的工作量过重,并也难以做到面面俱到。 2.个人初备 (1)个人初备时,一定要认真学习和研究课程标准、教材、教学参考书以及其他相关材料;一定要突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键。同时,教师还要深入了解学生,摸清学情,既要研究学生的智力因素,又要研究学生的非智力因素。 (2)每位备课教师必须写出备课提纲,确定教学的重点和难点,提出具体的教学目标;新教适应写出
