ESD PROCEDURE

ESD 程序

1 Purpose

目的

This procedure describes administrative and technical requirements for fulfilling with the ESD standards, in order to get better controls in work stations, equipments, material and material handling, environment and all the concerning protective areas.

2 Scope

This procedure applies to all applicable facets of CAC - LYG Plant.

3 Definitions

3.1 Electrostatic discharge (ESD)

静电放电(ESD)

Transfer of charge between bodies at different electrostatic potentials caused by direct contact or induced by electrostatic field.

3.2 Electrostatic discharge sensitive device (ESDS)

静电放电敏感器件(ESDS)

Discrete device, integrated circuit or assembly that may be damaged by electrostatic fields or electrostatic discharge encountered in routine handling, testing or transit.

在日常生产操作, 测试或运输过程中可能被电场或静电放电损坏的分立元器件, IC 或装配件.

3.3 ESD protected area (EPA)

静电放电保护区

Area in which ESDS can be handled with accepted risk of damage as a result of electrostatic discharge or fields.

该区域的静电放电被控制在一个可以接受的风险范围,不会对静电敏感期间造成破坏。

3.4 ESD control area (ECA)

静电放电保护区

ECA is only a part of the production has to be ESD-safe and the ESD sensitivities are very high (4 to 25 kV)。

3.5 EPA ground bonding point (EBP)

EPA工作区接地连接点(EBP)

Dedicated point to which an EPA equipment may be connected.

3.6 EPA ground.

Uniform potential established in the work area which ensures that the electrical potential of the items handled and of everything with which they are likely to come into contact is the same.

3.7 Field work.

3.8 Ground

Conducting mass of the earth whose electric potential at any point is conventionally taken at zero.

3.9 Material for packaging.

包装材料

Materials in which ESDS are packed for transportation or storage including bags, boxes, crates, wraps, magazines, cushions, foams, loose fill, etc.

为了运输和储存ESDS的保护材料,包括塑料袋、盒子、箱子、缠绕膜,垫子、泡沫和填充物等等。

3.91 Intimate packaging.

内包装

Material which makes contact with ESDS.

和ESDS直接接触的包装材料。

3.9.2 Secondary packaging.

外包装

Materials used primarily to give additional physical protection to the outside of a proximity package.

给与邻近包装的外表面额外的物理保护的材料。

3.10 Electrostatic conductive.

静电传导型

Packaging with a surface resistance >= 1 E 2 ohms and < 1x E 5 ohms.

包装材料的表面电阻位于102到105欧姆

3.11 Electrostatic dissipative.

静电消散型

Packaging with a surface resistance >= 1 E 5 ohms and < 1 E 11 ohms.

3.12 Insulating

3.17 Tribo-electric charging.

Electrical charging process in which charge is generated by the contact and separation of two surfaces which may be solid, liquid or particulate- carrying gases.

4 Responsibilities

职责

4.1 Plant ESD Coordinator

4.1 工厂ESD协调员

The Coordinator is responsible for defining an ESD Team,also is responsible for the selection of items used, equipment and materials, and for the design, construction and certification of each EPA. Make the ESD Audit Plan, refresh the training material and update this procedure as necessary. The ESD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and evaluating ESD training, EPA requirements, packaging and marking. Deal with external audit, correspond with each department about plant ESD problem.

ESD协调员定义ESD团队。

ESD协调员负责EPA工作区设计、设备的选取和材料的应用。

制定ESD审核计划,更新培训材料,必要时更新本程序文件。

4.2 Dept. ESD Coordinator

Dept. ESD Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling the ESD related item which belongs to their own department duty area. And make sure the operation according with ESD requirement. Support internal audits according to Annual Audit Plan, and improve the non-conformities continuously which founded in the internal audits.

负责本部门责任区域的ESD相关项目的管理和控制,确保其符合ESD要求。

依照年度审核计划协助ESD工厂协调员对工厂进行ESD内部审核,对不符合项进行持续改进。

4.3 General Personnel.

This procedure defines all personnel shall have a prime responsibility to take the precautions, they shall inform the ESD Coordinator when they find any aspects of electrostatic handling that are considered to be unsatisfactory and give some appropriate suggestions for corrective actions.

本程序定义公司所有的员工有责任对ESD进行防范。

发现ESD问题,立刻通知ESD协调员,并提出合适的纠正措施。

5 ESD Awareness and Prevention Training.

ESD意识和防护培训

5.1 ESD team updates the ESD Awareness and Prevention Training Plan at regular intervals, according with the Training Plan.

ESD团队根据审核计划在一定的时间间隔内要重新校正ESD的意识和防护培训。

5.2 Training shall be provided to all personnel who handle or otherwise come into contact with any ESDS items, with special emphasis in personnel who are to undertake field work. 对所有的操作和可能接触到ESDS的人员提供ESD培训,重点培训特殊工序的人员。

5.3 Shall be defined in the Training Plan the frequency or retraining. ESD Training shall be part of employee introduction courses.

定义ESD培训的频率(再培训),ESD培训是员工学习课程的一部分。

5.4 GA shall evaluate trainee comprehension and training adequacy, according with the methods used by the Organization.

GA部门必须对受训人员的理解和培训程度进行评估。

5.5 Subcontractors, suppliers and visitors shall be made aware of ESD handling procedures. 让承包商,供应商和参观者了解到公司的ESD 操作处理程序。

5.6 Personnel shall be trained in the use of the news techniques, processes and equipment prior to implementation.

在操作之前,应该对员工进行新的设备、技术和工作流程的使用和操作方法的培训。

5.7 A register in their personnel files shall be maintained of those personnel who have been trained.

所有接受过技术培训的人员必须记录在案

5.8 Training shall be provided by the ESD Coordinator or by another employee certified and authorized by him or an outside consultant.

5.9 The person related with ESD should be trained once time one year.

6 ESD protected area (EPA)

ESD保护区域

Handling of ESDS parts, assemblies and equipment without ESD protective covering or packaging shall be performed in a protected area. Electrostatics potential must be

controlled less than or equal 200 volts. Humidity shall be controlled in 40%RH-70% in EPA.

处理和装配没有ESD遮蔽和包装的敏感器件时必须在保护区域里执行。静电敏感等级电压必须控制在200V

以下,相对湿度控制在40% -70%。

6.1 Configuration 布局

All permanent EPA shall have defined boundaries. No item or activity within an EPA shall cause significant damage to ESDS.

所有的ESD保护区域都必须定义边界,在EPA中没按规程的行为都会对ESDS造成重大的破坏。

6.2 Requirements for specific ESD protective items

ESD特殊保护项目的要求

6.2.1 General 总则

Specific ESD protective items when used within an EPA shall have the characteristics described in 6.2.2 to 6.2.11, which shall be measured in accordance with test methods described in ESD test methods and shall have the characteristics described in 6.2.2 to

6.2.11, measured at the highest and lowest expected or rated humidity values.

在EPA使用的ESD保护项目必须符合6.22~6.2.11条款所描述的特性。在最高和最低的或指定的相对湿度值

进行测试,并按照ESD测量作业指导书的方法测量。

6.2.2 Working surfaces and storage racks

工作台和存储架

All working surfaces and storage racks on which unprotected ESDS may be placed shall be capable of being connected to EPA ground and shall have a point-to-point resistance and resistance to EPA ground in accordance with table 1.

所有放置没有保护的ESDS工作台和存储架必须接地,且它们的点对点电阻和对地电阻必须符合表1。

6.2.3 Floors 地面

All floor surfaces shall have a surface-to-EPA ground resistance in accordance with table 1. When footwear or floorings are changed, a system test (walking test) has to be conducted. When the floor is used as a part of a grounding system, a minimum of two wheels or two feet shall provide a path to EPA ground.

所有地面的表面电阻必须符合表1的要求。静电鞋和地面任何一个项目的改变,必须对这个系统重新测试。当地板作为接地系统的一部分时,设备至少要有两个接地点。

6.2.4 Seating 座椅

The resistance from all areas of seating which may have human body contact when in normal use, to either a floor contact point or a groundable point, shall be as specified in table 1.

EPA区域的座椅使用时要和人的身体接触,同时还要和地板进行接地。对地电阻要符合表1。

6.2.5 Garments 工作服

Garments shall completely cover the area of the arms and torso. There shall be electrical continuity between all parts of the garment. Garments shall have characteristics on the outward facing surface in accordance with table 1.

工作服必须覆盖手臂和没有必要露出的部分,整个工作服要具有静电传导功能。同时工作服的表面电阻要符合表1。

6.2.6 Gloves and finger cots 手套和指套

Gloves and finger cots, as worn, shall be in compliance with table 1.

使用中的手套和指套必须满足表1。

6.2.7 Wrist strap 腕圈

The wrist strap shall incorporate a quick release connection. The wrist band shall be made of material having a resistance between the inner surface and its groundable point in accordance with table 1. The cord shall be connected electrically to the inner surface of the band when connected.

腕圈应该和一个快速泄放静电的导线连接。腕圈的套环在内表面和接地点之间的对地电阻应符合表1的要求。但腕圈在连接状态时,电线和腕环的内表面应该是静电传导的。

6.2.8 Footwear 静电鞋

The resistance to EPA ground from wearer shall be in accordance with table 1.

人员穿戴时的接地电阻必须符合表1的要求。

6.2.9 Ionizers 离子风机

Ionizers shall, as appropriate, enable either polarity of charge on items to be brought down and maintained to less than the ESD susceptibility of the most sensitive ESDS.

离子风机能降低静电任何一个极性的电压,并使维持静电压低于静电敏感器件的ESD敏感电压。

6.2.10 Tools and test equipment

工具和测试仪器

Tools shall be in compliance with table 1. Machines shall be approved by the ESD coordinator before use or after modifications. Tools intended for using within the EPA shall be so constructed that they do not generate or hold an electrostatic charge and are in compliance with table 1. All tools and machinery shall be so constructed that any non-insulating part of the tool or machine which may touch an ESDS shall be at EPA ground potential.

EPA工作区使用的工具必须符合表1的要求,所有机器的使用和修改必须得到ESD协调员的核实。在EPA 保护区使用的工具应不会产生静电和储存静电,且符合表1的要求所有的工具和机器的可能接触到ESDS 的不绝缘部分都应该接地。

6.2.11 Trolleys and carts 手推车

When used for transporting unprotected ESDS or as portable work surfaces, they shall conform to the requirements of table 1.

当手推车用于运输没有保护的ESDS的静电敏感器件和临时工作台面时,他们应该符合表1的要求。

6.3 Construction of an EPA

EPA工作区构造

6.3.1 EPA ground facility

The EPA ground facility shall be connected to EPA ground and provide a low resistance path to EPA

ground (<2 ?).

EPA接地设施的必须和EPA接地系统连接,同时它的总电阻小于2 ?。

6.3.2 EPA ground bonding point (EBP)

EPA接地连接点

The EPA ground bonding point (EBP) shall be easily accessible for the wrist strap and shall be established adjacent to each working area, or working surface. A sufficient number of EBP shall be provided for operators. An EBP shall be connected to the EPA ground facility through a resistance not exceeding 1 M. The EBP shall be clearly marked, as shown in figure 7.

接地点应该连接到腕圈上、邻近的工作区和工作面。有足够数量的接地点用来提供给操作人员和参观人员。EPB接地点通过一定电阻连接到EPA接地设备上,阻值不应超过1 M。接地点应该有明显的标记,如图7所示。

6.4 EPA working practices

EPA行为准则

6.4.1 The primary means of grounding personnel shall be normally be by wrist strap connected to an EBP.

人员接地的最主要手段是每天正常佩带静电腕圈。

6.4.2 Garments shall be worn and shall be properly fastened at all times.

防静电区作业人员必须穿着工作服且被完全系好。

6.4.3 All persons, including visitors, entering the EPA shall comply with the requirements of this ESD Control Program.

进入EPA工作区的所有人员(包括参观人员)必须遵守ESD控制程序。

6.4.4 Untrained individuals shall be escorted by trained personnel while in an EPA.

没有经过培训的人员进入EPA 工作区时,需要专门的人员陪同。

6.4.5 ESDS found to be faulty shall be protected in the same manner as any other ESDS up to the time of disposal.

当发现某些产品需要ESD敏感器件防护时,需按照其它的ESDS防护等级进行防护,直到这个产品被处理。

6.4.6 All non-ESDS items brought into the EPA shall be packed in accordance with table 2. 所有的非静电敏感器件被带入EPA工作区时,必须按照表2的要求进行包装。

6.4.7 Separate the insulator from the ESD-sensitive device by a distance of 30 cm or use ionization or other charge mitigation techniques to neutralize the charge.

将绝缘体放置在远离静电敏感器件30cm的地方或用离子风机和其它一些消除静电的设备和手段。

6.4.8 All nonessential insulators such as coffee cups, food wrappers and personal items shall be removed from the workstation or any operation where unprotected ESDS items are handled.

所有和工作无关的物品比如:咖啡杯、食品塑料袋和一些私人物品必须从工作移除或放置在没有处理静电敏感器件的地方。

6.5 Field work

操作区域

6.5.1 All field work shall adhere to the requirements specified for permanent EPA with respect to the material quality, training, labeling, packaging and personal responsibilities.

所有的工作区的履行永久性的静电防护区域要求,包括原料质量,培训,标志,包装,和个人的责任。

6.5.2 The operator, any temporary work surface and flooring and the equipment being serviced shall be bonded and, where practical, connected to EPA ground.

工作区内的操作者,工作台面、地板和服务设备都必须和EPA接地设施连接。

6.5.3 When ESDS are removed from equipment and transferred to a temporary work surface away from the equipment, the ESDS shall be placed in protective packaging.

6.5.4 Faulty ESDS which may be required for failure analysis or repair shall be placed in protective packaging prior to removal from the EPA.

7 ESD control area (ECA)

7.1 Requirements for ESD protective items

ECA保护项目的要求

7.1.1 Only people with closed ESD smocks and ESD footwear are allowed in ECA.

进入ECA的人员必须穿ESD工作服和ESD工作鞋

7.1.2 No static materials exceeding 2 kV are allowed in ECA.

在ECA区域不允许超过2 KV的静电材料。

7.1.3 ESDS with a sensitivity of < 4 kV can only be transported in closed shielding packaging in ECA.

敏感等级电压小于4千伏的ESDS在EPA运输时必须放入屏蔽的包装里。

7.1.4 Personal items can only be brought in to ECA in the pockets of an ESD smock or a

closed shielding bag.

私人物品可以放入ESD工作服的口袋里或屏蔽的袋子里带入ECA。

7.1.5 The r.H. in ECA must be at least 40%.

8 Protective packaging

包装

8.1 Packaging shall have the characteristics described in table 2, measured at the highest and lowest expected or defined relative humidity.

包装材料应参照表2的要求和特性,并在最高和最低的相对湿度条件下或定义相对湿度对其进行测试。

8.2 The packaging shall be capable of providing charge drainage to EPA ground when brought into an EPA.

所有被带入EPA工作区的包装必须具有静电泄放功能。

8.3 Intimate packaging material should not be electrostatic generative.

内包装的材料必须是不易产生静电的材料。

8.4 Outside packaging material for use inside an EPA should not be electrostatic generative. It should not be in direct contact with the ESDS. Outside packaging material for use

outside an EPA needs to be electrostatic discharge shielding

在EPA内使用的外包装材料必须也是不易产生静电的。同时它不能直接和ESDS接触。在EPA外面使用的材

料必须具有静电屏蔽功能。

9 Purchases

采购

9.1 The ESDS should be ordered as ESDS, this should be displayed on the PO so that both the manufacturer and any goods-inward inspector is aware and knows that such a product should

be correctly packed.

当采购ESDS时,必须在订单上写明其要求,同时生产厂家和SQA人员必须有这方面的意识给与它特殊的保

护和正确的包装。

9.2 If it’s found that ESDS are not properly packaged, then they should be returned.

如果发现ESDS器件没有被妥善的包装,必须返回。

9.3 Where appropriate, ESD test specification requirements should be included in PO.

在PO订单中适当的地方加入ESD的测试规格要求。

9.4 The ESD material demanded in setting up PR system should be marked with "ESD" by the purchaser.

各部门采购申请人员在创建PR时,对有ESD要求的物品,必须在PR中标明“ESD”。

9.5 ESD related materials, such as garments, packaging, have to be approved by the ESD coordinator. According to ESD Purchases flow on the planned introduction of procurement processes.

采购ESD有关的物品时,必须经过ESD协调员的核实,且按照采购流程作业指导书进行采购。

10 Checks

检查

10.1 All limits for checks are specified in ESD manage item Matrix. Related methods and procedures are defined in ESD test methods.

所有检查的范围被列入ESD项目管控表中。ESD测量作业指导书定义了相关的测量方法。

10.2 Records of ESD manage item are established and shall be maintained to provide evidence of conformity to the technical requirements.

ESD管控项目的数据必须记录在案,且符合技术要求并提供相关证明。

10.3 Wrist strap and footwear systems should be checked on a daily basis. The functional check should be made at the beginning of the shift before any product is handled.

在交接班和生产之前,每天对静电腕圈和静电鞋做一个基本的功能检查。

10.4 Personnel responsible for the daily, monthly and six-monthly checks is described in the ESD manage item Matrix.

相关人员必须按照ESD管控项目的要求负责日检、月检和半年的检查。

11 Signs and markings.

标识和标记

11.1 ESDS markings.

ESDS标记

When the ESDS are marked, the mark shall be in accordance with figures 1 or 2.

ESDS静电敏感器件的等级符号式样如图1、2所示。

11.2 Packaging markings

包装标记

Packaging permitted for use in an EPA shall be identified according with figure 3.

在EPA工作区使用的包装必须贴有图3的标签。

11.3 Equipment markings

设备标记

Equipment or other items which may be regularly moved across an EPA boundary shall be marked in accordance with figure 4.

设备或其它物品必须按照图4所示进行标识。

11.4 Signs for ESD protected areas (EPA)

EPA 保护区标识

Signs as shown in figure 5 shall be clearly visible to personnel before they enter the EPA and, where applicable, from inside the EPA. Where applicable, signs in accordance with figure 6 shall mark the EPA boundary. When appropriate, signs as shown in figure 8 should be clearly visible to personnel before leaving the EPA (size recommended 300mmx150mm)

当人员进入该EPA工作区时,应清楚地看见图5 所示的标识,如果允许,按照图6所示标记EPA边界。当人员离开工作区时,应能清楚的看到如图8所示的标签。(推荐的尺寸大小为300mmx150mm)

11.5 Marking a EPA bonding points (EBP).

标识EPA的接地点(EBP)

All EBP shall be marked or labeled, according with figure 7.

标识EPA的接地点(EBP)。所有的EBP的标记和标签必须按照图7所示。

12 Audits

审核

12.1 Where failures in implementing the precautions are found, the ESD Coordinator should

be informed.

当发现预防措施失效或没有预防措施时,要及时通知ESD协调员。

12.2 Internal Audits should be carried out at least twice a year, according with the Annual Audit Plan

根据年度审核计划一年实行两次内部审核。

12.2.1 An internal audit will not make a complete inspection of all areas and it is up to

the ESD Coordinator which clause cover.

内部审核根据ESD协调员的要求对工厂内ESD相关项目做一个不完全数量的审核。

12.3 All the non-conforming reported by the auditor will require corrective plan to be made.

在审核过程中被发现不符合项时,该负责部门要制定改善措施计划。

12.3.1 A corrective plan has to be submitted, approved and implemented. This should be followed by a further audit to check that proper implementation of all corrective actions has been carried out.

当改善措施被提交并核实后,必须制定下一次的审核来确认所有的改善措施被很好的执行。

NSAT-5000微波天线自动测试系统介绍 一、研发背景 天线测试一般有两方面的特性:电路特性(输入阻抗,效率等)和辐射特性(方向图,增益,极化,相位等)。天线测试系统的任务就是用实验的方法检定和检验天线的这些参数特性。 NSAT-5000微波天线自动测试系统突破单一测试的局限性,提供专业的测试步骤,实现天线电路特性和辐射特性测试,帮助用户大幅度的提高测试效率。借助系统软件可对系统内各个设备进行同步远程控制。 本测试系统由工业电脑、矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪、远程数据通信装置、合成信号源等设备搭配专业的天线测试系统软件所组成。能够实现对天线各端口进行自动化测试,用户只要录入被测天线的批次号、产品型号以及产品编号,便可对天线进行自动测试,保存测试数据到本地电脑。用户可根据需要查询测试数据并生成报表。 二、软件特点 ●兼容中电41所(思仪)、是德科技(Keysight)、安捷伦(Aglient)、 日本安立(Anritsu)、罗德与施瓦茨(R&S)、韩国兴仓(Protek)、 HP等主流仪器型号。 ●自动对系统内各个设备进行同步远程控制并对天线的电路特性(输入 阻抗,效率等)和辐射特性(方向图,增益,极化,相位等)完成测 试。 ●自动测量天线的幅度方向图、增益、相位中心等指标。
