Work experience

As the job market becomes more competitive, many employers require work experience. They hope that the employee have work experience to earn money for them.

However many graduate students don't think they have enough time to gain work experience because of the burden of scientific research and homework in the school .They think the education is more essential than work experience.

In my opinion, we need experience to get a job, and we need a job to get experience. Both education and experience are very important in finding a job, but experience is what the majority of employers want. Just pay attention to many of the job and employment; you can see that they all emphasize 3 to 4 years experience in the particular field. Success is an integration that many factors are need. Education is only one of the factors. Lots of facts have been proved that one can be succeeded in many ways. And education will finally end in one's life. Ironically the work experience would never end as long as one is willing to work. Every one needs to work, that is the most significant thing in our life.

As for me, I try my best to get enough time to gain work experience. Internet,job fairs,newspapers and so on are good ways to get practical training.

In the 1920s, archaeologists discovered some prehistoric human bones there which changed China's knowledge of its history. They came from an unknown species of man and were the firs t evidence of primitive human life in China thousan ds of years ago. The remains were ... three teeth! In 1929, a complete skull was also discovered. Even tually, archaeologists found almost 200 items, includ ing six skulls and more than 150 teeth. These disc overies proved the existence of a human species who lived in the area between 700,000 and 200,000 yea rs ago. Four sites where Beijing Man and his relations live d were discovered on the northern face of Dragon Bone Hill (Longgushan). They lived in the limestone caves in the area.
