经甲、乙双方商议，乙方全权委托甲方办理乙方客户的澳大利亚移民申请，并接受甲方的相关服务。为明确双方的权利、义务，双方一致同意签订本协议。
一．双方责任：
甲方责任：
1、提供乙方所需移民有关信息的咨询。
2、协助指导乙方准备申请文件，负责乙方客户申请材料的审核，以及向移民局的递交。
3、甲方负责乙方与移民局往来信函文件的传递，在相关过程中妥善保管乙方客户申请资料和信函，并将信函及时通知和转交乙方。
5、及时向乙方提供移民审核政策的变化及经商、生活、就业、教育等方面最新动态。
8、未经已方授权，甲方不得向任何个人和团体泄漏乙方客户的个人和商业信息。
乙方责任：
1、根据本协议，授权甲方为乙方唯一移民申请代理人，全权负责乙方客户移民申请过程中与移民局的文件交接与联系。
2、严格遵守移民申请程序及本协议规定。与甲方密切配合，及时提供移民申请所需文件，并确保所提供文件的真实性和信息的准确性。因申请材料的真实性与准确性造成的申请失败与一切损失由乙方负责。
3、乙方需及时向甲方支付押金或服务费用。
4、未经甲方授权，乙方不得以甲方名义从事任何商业活动，不得以甲方名义宣传与签约，不得向任何个人和团体透漏双方的协议内容、相关费用数额和涉及办理过程技术细节的往来文字版和电子版内容。甲方只对双方间的业务负责，对乙方客户不承担任何责任。
二．服务费付款细则：
1、乙方应按双方约定的付款方式与付款时间及时向甲方付款。若乙方未能及时付款，甲方有权采取法律措施追缴，诉讼费用由乙方承担。因乙方未向甲方及时付款所造成的甲方的损失与移民申请人的损失均由乙方承担。
2、若移民申请人家庭状况发生变化（如结、离婚，生育等），需甲方协助另行补充材料时，乙方应先行支付预期发生的费用，并负担因状况变化而引发的额外费用和甲方的额外成本。
三、
乙方明确在甲方的协助下正式递交申请材料后，申请时间的长短及最终结果，由移民目的国的相关审理机构和使领馆决定。
