Unit 4 Don’t eat in class
语法：祈使句，情态动词
一、祈使句---- 一般现在时态之＂省略主语You的肯定句肯和否定句，be后不
加not的否定句----如：Don’t be late for class＂．
祈使句：表示请求或命令语气的句子叫祈使句。祈使句省略主语you，以动词原形开头。有时为了表示礼貌，可在动词原形前加please .祈使句的否定
句一律在句首加“Don’t” 。
1.Don’t run in the hallways .
2. Don’t listen to music in class .
3. Please be quiet ! 请安静！
4.Don’t be noisy! 别吵！
5.Please be on time .请准时！
6. Don’t be late for school .上学别迟到！
二、情态动词----情态动词有自己的意思，但不完整，不能单独做谓语，必须和
动词原形一起做谓语．所以情态动词之后跟动词原形。在情态动词之后
加“not”变为否定句。把情态动词移到句首变为疑问句。（let’s ，
please，make之后跟动词原形）
所学情态动词：
1.can 能,会,可能，can’t ,不会，不可能．
2.must 必须, mustn’t 不可以，禁止，不准。
3.need需要，needn’t没有必要, don’t need不需要．
4. may 可以，可能
5.特殊的情态动词：have / has to不得不，have to+动词原形。
don’t / doesn’t have to 没有必要Do you have to ...? Does he have to?
1、A : Can we eat in the classroom ?
B: No, we can’t . but we eat in the dinning hall .
2、You have to wear school uniforms from Monday to Wednesday .
You don’t have to wear school uniforms on Thursday.
Do you have to wear school uniforms on Thursday ?
Yes, we do . No, we don’t .
3、Mum, must I clean the room now ?
Yes, you must clean it now .
No, you needn’t . You may clean it after dinner.
三、Have / has与there be 的区别
人+ Have / has + 某物：表示某人有……东西。说明某物是谁的。
Sally has two brothers . We have a piano .
There be +某物+ 地点：有……东西在……地方。说明某物所处的位置。There are a lot of rules in our school .
There are some desks in the classroom .
There is a teacher in the classroom .
四、三个“也”。also也, too 也，either也不
also也, 用于肯定句。放在be 之后一般动词前。too也, 用于肯定句。放在句末。either也不, 用于肯定句,放在句末
His father is a doctor . R ose’s father is also a doctor .
Rose’s father is a doctor too .
I have a sister , Jack also has a sister .
I don’t like sports , Jill doesn’t like sports either.
五、后跟ing的谓语动词．
practice 练习enjoy 喜欢,stop停止,mind介意, finish 完成, go swimming 去游泳, be busy practicing playing the piano… 忙于练习弹钢琴do some reading = read 阅读, do some washing = wash 洗衣服，
like to do = like doing喜欢做某事,
