Clinical Nursing Effect of Radiotherapy for Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of radiotherapy for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetes. Methods Forty patients with elderly tumors and diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention，while the experimental group used personalized nursing intervention. Blood glucose control， tumor status， and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups. 糖尿病是一種老年人常见的机体代谢异常性疾病[1]。而老年肿瘤合并糖尿病的患者，除

了接受常规的药物治疗，还接受相应强度的放射治疗[2]。为了有效的提高于该院接受治疗的

老年肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的生活质量以及血糖控制情况，故该实验选取40例患有该病的老年患者作为该实验的研究对象，以下为具体的实验结果分析。
