巫媛李育超侯敢*（广东医科大学医学检验学院广东?东莞523808）摘要分子生物学检验技术是医学检验专业重要的专业课程，实验教学尤其是综合性实验的教学对学生综合技能的培养至关重要。本文从实验设计思路、组织实施、实施效果、教学体会等方面阐述RNA 提取、定量及RT-PCR 综合性实验在分子生物学检验技术教学中的实施，并分析教学中存在的问题，提出相应的解决对策，为有关院校开设相关综合性实验教学提供参考。
