摘要:目前从《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规程》中可以查阅
到适用于薄煤层及中厚煤层分层开采的“两带”高度预计经验公式，尚无综放开采条件下的相关公式可供参考。通过对国内多个综放工作面实测“两带”高度统计数据的搜集和研究，归纳出了中硬或软弱覆岩条件下综放工作面“两带”高度预计的经验公式，并进行了线性关系的显著性检验和可靠性分析，公式的适用性已在现场得到了验证。

3.Scholl of Resources and Safety Engineering ，China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing )，Beijing 100083，China )Abstract :A experiment formula of “two zone ”height “suitable for the mining in the thin seam and medium thick seam slice could be found in the ”Regulations of Mining in seams under the surface buildings ，water body and railway and the coal pillars left in those seams and around the mine main shaft and roadways ，but there was no related formula for references under conditions of fully mechanized top coal caving mining．With the collection and study on the “two zone ”heights measured in the domestic several fully mechanized top coal caving miming faces ，the experiment formula of the “two zone ”height in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face under the medium hard or soft weak overburden strata was summarized ，the verification on the liner relationship significance and the analysis on the reliability was conducted and suitability of the formula was verified at the site．

1综放开采“两带”发育高度研究现状垮落带和导水裂缝带(简称“两带”)发育高度是水体下采煤安全与否的关键。因此在工作面开采之前，需对相应开采条件下的最大导水裂缝带高度和垮落带高度进行预计。经过前人多年的观测研究，分层综采或普采工作面的“两带”高度经验公式已基本确定，并写入了《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规程》(以下简
称《“三下”采煤规程》
)，见表1(适用分层综采和普采)，表中经验公式简单易用，在没有实测资料的情况下可以作
为水体下采煤安全保护煤(岩)柱的留设依据，数十年的现
场应用验证并完善了其安全性和可靠性。由于当时综放开
采工作面“两带”发育高度实测资料较少，故相关公式尚
未明确给出。实测和理论分析结果表明，由于采高的扩大，
综放开采垮落带和导水裂缝带发育高度与分层综采或普采
